- Scheduled Airfare is subject to alternative cancellation and change policies based on the specific airline policies.
- Cancellation schedule applies only if Travel Protection Plus is not purchased. Please refer to Travel Protection Plus section for more details or contact the Service Team. Travel Protection Plus must be added on within 7 days of booking.
- If a passenger cancels but the room remains on the booking (i.e. Guest A cancels, roommate B continues to travel), roommate B will be subject to the single occupancy rate while Guest A will incur the aforementioned penalty fee.
- Any changes, additions, deletions, cancellations and name changes must be received in writing via email to wccq@applevac.com.
Travel Protection Plus
Travel Protection:
- Travel protection for groups includes a Pre-departure Cancellation/Change Waiver, Best Price Guarantee, and Tour Guard Travel Insurance.
- Travel Protection offers 3 options regarding how a refund would be issued in the event of cancellation: Travel Credit, 50% Travel Credit/50% Cash Back, and full Cash Back. If cancelled with the Travel Credit, refund will be issued in the form of a voucher (only valid in the name of the traveler). If cancelled with Cash Back, refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Price of Travel Protection is subject to change until purchased.
- Travel Protection must be requested in writing if not purchased at time of booking.
- Travel Protection must be added and paid in full no later than 7 days (including the booking date) from when an individual reservation is made.
- For reservations made 61 days or less prior to travel, Travel Protection must be added at the time of booking.
- Best Price Guarantee is not applicable within 60 days of travel for group bookings.
- You have a choice of cash back or travel vouchers for land only, charter, and scheduled air bookings.
- Scheduled Air Groups (Group Scheduled Air Contracts) – If a groups scheduled air PNR falls below minimum requirement of 10 seats (or as specified on group contract), your scheduled air price may change and is not protected by the Travel Protection. New retail scheduled air price may be issued by airline and any cancellation penalties will apply.
- Travel Protection does not cover passengers who do not arrive at the airport or gate, or who arrive too late to travel, or who fail to have the required valid passport and/or travel documents, or who are denied boarding.

Q: Can I book for different travel dates or use a different airline other than the two package options (7-nights and 9-nights) that are available?
A: The group booking and special group pricing is only applicable for the two package options. We encourage travelers looking to book at Now Onyx Punta Cana for different dates to make an individual package of your choosing at applevacations.com using promo code GPAVSWCCQ21. Please note this individual reservation will not be part of the 98.3 WCCQ group.
Q: What if I want to upgrade my room category?
A: We encourage travelers to book either the seven night or nine night package of your choosing to guarantee your spot on the group. After completing your reservation, please send an email to us at WCCQ@applevac.com with your Reservation Number and Room Upgrade request. We’ll reach out to the hotel to request the upgraded room category availability and pricing. No changes will be made to your reservation until we review with you any additional price increase.
Q: What are the details and locations for the events and live morning broadcasts?
A: All travelers will receive a listener itinerary closer to travel with specific details of the vacation.
Q: Do I need to purchase travel protection?
A: We know this vacation is an investment of your valuable time and your hard-earned money, so we recommend purchasing Travel Protection Plus at the time of booking to protect your investment. Travel Protection Plus is not included in your package pricing and includes benefits before you travel as well as benefits while you travel!
Q: When can I add Travel Protection?
A: Travel Protection Plus can only be purchased online while making your reservation. To add coverage after you have made a reservation, please email WCCQ@applevac.com or call (833-625-5369). Travel Protection Plus may only be added within seven (7) days of your initial booking or immediately (same day) within 61 days prior to departure.
Q: How will I get from the airport to the hotel?
A: Roundtrip airport transportation to/from Punta Cana Airport/Now Onyx is included in the package pricing through our dedicated Destination Management Company, Amstar. Closer to travel, we will send out details regarding how to locate Amstar upon arrival.
Q: Are payment plans available?
A: Payment in full is due at the time of booking. However, we partner with Uplift to offer flexible payment options that fit within your budget. View more details at check-out, and select the "Pay Monthly" option at checkout and complete an easy, commitment-free application.

Payment & Deposit Information
- Full payment is required by each guest to secure a reservation.
- Guests must register online with selected travel dates (within reserved group dates for locked-in rates to apply), room category, room occupancy, full names/dates of birth of each guest in the room, and credit card authorization.
- Specific room categories and seats have limited availability and are not guaranteed until full payment is processed.
- If guests staying in the same room are not staying for the same exact number of nights, these trips will be priced out directly by the Guest Service Team.
- Credit Card Payments: We require complete credit card information including full name as it appears on the card, billing address, expiration date, and security code from the back of the card. Checks are not accepted.
- Refunds will not be issued for passengers denied boarding due to inability to present proper documentation. A Group Attendee accepts full responsibility for credit card charges should they be denied or disputed. Apple Vacations is authorized to charge the Group Attendee for any amount Apple Vacations is unable to collect from any credit cards provided on their personal reservation. Any Group Attendee who makes a reservation on the behalf of another guest acknowledges this responsibility.
Additional Terms & Policies
- Requests made for your reservation including, but not limited to bedding, floor, building location, etc. cannot be guaranteed on the resort's behalf.
- Any changes in the group itinerary with a result of changing the travel arrangements will require a new contract with the conditions that apply to the new tour.
- In the unlikely event that a major change involving a change of hotel, departure or return date, departure city or destination becomes necessary, we will notify you as soon as possible. If you find the revised arrangements we offer unacceptable, you will have the option of cancellation without charge provided that you notify us within 7 days of your receipt of notice of the change or prior to departure date if notified less than 7 days prior. In the event of a change, we will try to substitute comparable services, but in the event of a complete cancellation by us, our only liability will be to refund all monies paid.
- Apple Vacations has made arrangements with airlines, hotels, and other independent suppliers to provide you with the services you purchase. We have taken all reasonable steps to ensure that proper arrangements have been made for your vacation. However, we do not accept any liability for the actions or omissions of these independent suppliers, over whom we have no direct control. If you find you have any dispute with such persons, however, we will give you as much reasonable help as we can in resolving this. Please understand that Apple Vacations cannot control such factors as weather, government actions, worldwide pandemics, mechanical breakdowns, your physical, medical, or mental disabilities, and your failure to obtain valid travel documents or your failure to follow instructions.
