Instant Price Match

We offer Instant Price Match at the time of booking.

At Apple Vacations, we instantly match our competitors’ prices. If you’d like to book your vacation with us but find a lower price for the exact same reservation—same departure airport, travel dates, flight itinerary, class of service, transfers, hotel, and room category—you may be eligible for an Instant Price Match.

Here's How It Works:

  • Give us a call—either your Travel Advisor or our Apple Vacations Customer Assistance team—with the details of the vacation you’d like to book and the competing package and price. During your call, we’ll verify that the package details are identical. If all required criteria are met, we’ll match the competitor’s price on the spot.

  • Once your vacation is booked, your credit card will be charged, and you’ll receive a confirmation and booking number. The total price charged will match the competitor’s rate.

  • Instant Price Matches are available only when booking through a qualified travel agent or by calling Apple Vacations Customer Assistance directly. Be sure to mention the Price Match before completing your booking so the proper adjustments can be made before final payment.

Price Match Rules

Apple Vacations allows price matches on new same-day bookings, where all components of the vacation price must be identical to our reservation, including flight schedule and class of service, airline, flight times and numbers, hotel, hotel room category, meal plan, arrival date, length of stay, and any add-on features.

  • We instantly match our Exclusive Nonstop Vacation Flights against other tour operators’ exclusive flights, as well as against competitors’ scheduled flights (e.g., American Airlines). If you request a match for a competitor's one-stop flight or any flight that isn’t identical to an Apple Exclusive Nonstop Vacation Flight, a premium may apply.

  • Apple Vacation packages to Mexico and most Caribbean/Central America destinations include transfers. If transfers aren’t included in the competitor’s price, we may add them to the matched package price. Please note, Travel Protection Plus is an optional additional cost.

  • Price Match is not confirmed until the full payment has been successfully charged to your credit card. If there’s an issue processing payment, you will be contacted, and your hotel and flight reservations will not be completed.

General Price Match Terms of Use

Apple Vacations does not accept price matches for air-only or car reservations, various blackout dates, previously advertised rates that have expired, or competitors' pricing that is no longer available. Additionally, price matches will not be accepted for insurance waivers, group rates, reward programs, incentives, meeting and convention rates, timeshares, auction sites, dynamic air, car rental taxes, or rates found on websites located outside of the U.S. Room categories that are non-refundable or opaque (such as Square Deals) are also excluded from price matching. Any changes made to a booking after it has been price matched will void the match. To guarantee the lower price, Apple Vacations must be satisfied that the booking meets all requirements otherwise imposed on the match. Apple Vacations reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, deny, or discontinue the price match policy—or to restrict its availability to any individual—at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice or liability. Price matches with a difference exceeding $1,000 or 40% of the hotel rate on the reservation are subject to further review and are not guaranteed. Price match promotions cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or promotional codes. All other Apple Vacations terms and conditions apply. Please note: Apple Vacations does not accept screenshots from mobile phones or tablets (including Android phones, iPhones, iPads, etc.) as valid documentation for price matches.
