Although we try our hardest to offer you the best possible vacation deals, from time to time, you may find a lower price elsewhere. If you do encounter a lower price, don't worry - email applematch@applevac.com and we'll gladly match it.

Instant Price Match

This price match occurs at the time of booking.

Apple Vacations instantly matches our competitors' prices. If you'd like to book your vacation with us but find a lower price for the exact same reservation (same departure airport, travel dates, flight itinerary, class of service, transfers, hotel, and room category), you may be eligible to receive an Instant Price Match. Here's how:

• Call your Travel Agent or Apple Vacations Customer Assistance with details of the vacation you'd like to book, as well as the competitive package and price details.
• During your call, we will confirm that the package details are identical. If all required price match criteria is met, we will match our competitor's price - on the spot.
• Once your vacation is booked, your credit card will be charged and you'll receive a confirmation and booking number.
• The total price charged will be equivalent to the competitor's price.
• Instant Price Matches are only available for customers who are booking through a qualified travel agent or Apple Vacations Customer Assistance via phone. You must inform the representative that you want to Price Match prior to completing the booking, so the proper adjustments can be made before processing the final payment to your credit card(s).

Price Match Rules

Apple Vacations allows price matches on new same day bookings where all components of the price of the vacation must be identical to our reservation including flight schedule and class of service the airline, flight times and numbers, hotel, hotel room category, meal plan, arrival date, length of stay and add-on features.

• Apple Vacations instantly matches our Exclusive Nonstop Vacation Flights vs. other Tour Operator's exclusive flights.
• Apple Vacations will instantly match our Exclusive Nonstop Vacation Flights vs. Competitors' Scheduled (e.g. American Airlines). If requesting a price match on our Exclusive Nonstop Vacation Flight to a competitor 1 stop, or when comparing competitor flights that are not like to like to the Apple Exclusive Nonstop Vacation Flights, premiums may apply. 
• Apple Vacation packages to Mexico, and most Caribbean/Central America destinations include transfers and may be added to the matched price if not included in the competitor's package. Travel Protection Plus is additional.
• The price match will not be confirmed until the full amount has been charged to your credit card. If the package price changes due to problems charging the credit card, you will be contacted and your hotel and airfare reservation will not be processed.

Exclusions

• Apple Vacations does not accept price matches for air only/car reservations, various blackout dates, previously advertised rates that have expired, competitors' pricing that is no longer available, insurance waivers, group rates, reward programs, incentives, meeting and convention rates, time shares, auction sites, dynamic air, car rental taxes, or vs. sites located outside the US.
• Apple Vacations does not match room categories that are non-refundable or opaque (e.g. Square Deals).
• Changes to the booking will result in the price match being invalid.
• In order to guarantee the lower price, Apple Vacations must be satisfied that the booking meets all requirements otherwise imposed on the match.
• Apple Vacations reserves the right in its sole discretions to modify, deny, or discontinue the price match or restrict it's availability to any person, at any time, for any reason without proper notice or liability to you.
• Price matches with a price differential of over $1,000 or over 40% of the hotel rate on the reservation are subject to further review and are not guaranteed.
• Price match promotions cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or promotional codes.
• All other Apple Vacation terms and conditions apply.
• Apple Vacations does not accept screenshots of competitors from a mobile phone or tablet, i.e. Android phones or iPhones, iPads, etc.
