Mar 28, 2025Wonderful Staff - Resort Fee is a huge negative
We have been staying at El CID Granada for many years. We enjoy seeing the same staff each time. Lidia and Daniel at the front desk. Letitia, Victor, Angelica, Jose at El Patio breakfast buffet. Reuben at La Pergola dinner buffet. These are the people who provide excellent service every time. Our only negative is the new Resort Fee. We don’t see any new benefits, actually some decrease in the overall value. This is just a cash grab. Unfortunately we gave smaller tips to the staff to counteract the price increase in order to stay within our budget

Mar 28, 2025Overall it was a great stay, lots of walking and things to see and do. Food was great.
Bryan was a great bell boy. Brought our bags to and from our room. The beds were comfy the pillow were hard and not the best. We wish there was free water and coffee in our rooms but overall it was a great stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was great and always lots to choose from.

My solo stay at El Cid Granada.
I was feeling totally safe and staff at the front always acknowledged me when I went out and welcomed me back. Travelling alone the first time. Rooms were spotless. Pool is warm and lots of chairs. I will make el Cid Granada on of my favourites. Lidia at the front t desk was professional always and helpful. Thank you.

So fun!
Eat at Alcazar....Cesar was our waiter, he was a doll! excellent service, stunning smile. Food was great. ORDER THE SPANISH COFFEE!! The food came out pretty fast after we ordered and tasted great. We also ordered the tiramisu and it was very tasty.

Great vacation
This is a very nice place to visit. The rooms are clean. Service is really good. The pool is nice. Rigo is a top notch bellboy. He is very knowledge about the town. He can answer many of your questions. Kanng takes special care of the rooms and leaves animals made from the towels . She has a great attitude. Leticia is great managing the resturant. The food is great and it is very clean.lydra is also very helpful. They all have great work habits.
