Feb 03, 2025Great resort to relax and have a great vacation
The pillows and bed were so comfortable I didn’t want to get out of bed but of course I did, the sun was calling me. 4th time visiting this resort, never fails to deliver. Nightly entertainment was excellent. If you book including the preferred option you get entrance to the preferred lounge which is a nice quite place to go for a drink and they have all the top of the line liquors.

360 perfect Experience.
Great place. Very warm place. Mar, jennifer, Dave, Daniel, Omar and Azrael are great at doing entertainment, beverages and sushi! Regards Temu Guy!!! What I like the most vs other Dreams that are also great! It’s the decoration that allows us to see that it’s a very classic and warm style. Also there is a new section with a modern architecture so you have the same of both worlds. I recommend to do the activation activities like aerobics and yoga! Very nice experience!

The food was the worst I've ever had at an all-inclusive. The restaurants and bars were terribly understaffed and the food was flavorless, not at anything resembling the proper temperature and was just shockingly terrible. The location is beautiful, but you'd be best suited to just avoid this property.

Viva Mexico at Dreams Sapphire Cancun!
A wonderful resort, plenty of restaurants to choose from; the World Cafe being the best for food selection and staff friendliness. A huge pool with lots of activities going on in and around the pool. Very close to the beach with sun loungers and shaded areas. Occasionally it was hard to find a vacant sun lounger without a towel spread across it, but we somehow managed to find somewhere to sit and enjoy the day. Every resort we've visited, seems to have this problem, I really don't know what can be done to improve this problem. Our room was plenty big enough with a huge, very comfortable bed and a piping hot shower if you needed one. The room was cleaned every day. Over all a very pleasant holiday at Dreams Sapphire resort and spa.

Clean and well maintained
Very clean rooms with good a/c. Room service and tray removal are quick and easy. Beach was nice and raked daily- not too many people walking around trying to sell stuff. Pools and poolsides were nice and well maintained. Bali beds were comfy but you have to book them early for a spot. Food was really good at Blue Water Grill in particular but no complaints about any of the restaurants. Buffet had lots of variety. Staff were very nice and come around offering drinks frequently. Some of the “shows” didn’t seem very practiced but would be good for kids.
