The most spacious resort I’ve stayed in! The beds are a bit hard and that’s the only negative I’ve experienced, staff are very friendly and helpful.

Nice resort, great for families
Food was absolutely amazing for every meal. The A la carte weren't worth the wait, though. We did the Tabasco and Italian places. I wouldn't recommend those ones. Both meals were poor service and worse food. Stick with the buffets and you won't be disappointed. The resort was super clean and nice. The only real issue is no one explained what was available at the resort or where anything was. It wasn't until the fourth day that we found a map and saw there was another restaurant we didn't even know about. Seems no one else knew about it either because it was almost empty every time we went there while the others were super busy. Lots of pools to choose from and plenty for the kids to do. The family room was huge and clean but the beds were super uncomfortable. They were brand new though, so likely just not broken in yet. Amazing food and super clean, so I definitely recommend the resort.

My stay fell short of expectations for a five star hotel. I experienced discomfort from the bedding, resulting in neck and shoulder pain each morning. The dining options were unremarkable, not meeting the standards expected of a five star establishment. Service was inadequate, with staff appearing overwhelmed, leading to missed orders and inadequate table maintenance. Furthermore, the pool areas lacked consistent daily maintenance, resulting in unsanitary conditions. However, the hotel's prime location and stunning views were commendable.

***Not smoking free resort, designated smoking spots are right by the door.
The hotel is amazing, the staff were incredible. This place is so beautiful and I had a amazing experience. It was a place I would like to go back to. However the smoking was a issue that really put a damper on my vacation. They have designated places for smoking but they are right by the door. They should be far away from people, not where you can walk right past. Also there were people smoking often right in the beach by the chairs as well. That to me was disappointing. Please change the places where people can smoke because it's such a beautiful place. I want to smell fresh air not smoke.
