We got a day pass because we had a late flight on Sunday evening. The pass was $150 a person and included food and alcoholic drinks. We were impressed with the high quality alcohol to choose from and the food was fine. The only reason we gave 4 stars is that children were allowed in the adult pool. Otherwise, the staff were fantastic and prompt. We were also thrilled when we asked if we could use a shower to dress for the airport. They took us to the beautiful spa and we were able to get ready there in a lovely area. Overall, pleased with the five hours we spent there and would likely do it again,

Our overall experience at this resort was disappointing. It is unacceptable to have encountered so many issues during just a two-night stay. We had reservations for a total of four rooms, but two of them did not match our booking. As a result, we had to wait extended hours for the correct accommodations. When we requested towels by the pool, we were told they were unavailable and never received dry towels that afternoon. Additionally, activities listed by the hotel did not start on time, adding to our frustration. While the food was excellent, the service was extremely slow, with meals taking at least an hour to arrive after placing an order. On the last night of our stay, the hot water was out, making for an uncomfortable experience. We filed a complaint on-site and followed up with the front desk manager, but unfortunately, she has been unhelpful in providing a proper resolution. We are not sure if there is a way to escalate this further, but we want to share our experience so others are aware. This level of service and organization fell far below expectations.

My wife and I wanted a nice relaxing few days at an all inclusive. We picked Zoetry based on the fact it was "smaller" but honestly the resort felt like it had so many ameneties despite the size. There was always something to do, but it also felt so relaxing and chill. There was never a wait for a table, or a seach for a beach chair or pool lounger. The staff was spectacular! So friendly and helpful. The guys around the pool kept us fully stocked with drinks, the pool bar was amazing! There were families, couples and all different age groups. It just had such a warm vibe, we will definitely be going back soon!

Amazing boutique hotel with exceptional food and service
This is a beautiful boutique hotel on the water of the Sea of Cortez and has the most beautiful sunrises. The accommodations are top notch and the staff aims to please. Every question or need I had was addressed. I found the staff to be exceptional. I enjoyed a massage and the spa was quiet and very peaceful. The food was the best I have had from the sea bass, to various fish tacos, ceviches, and of course the cold pressed juices in the morning with breakfast were delicious. Edwardo and Jamie from the E team were great, the servers never let your class go empty and I would definitely make it a point to come back here in the future. The pools are heated and the beach huts provided a nice quiet place to nap and relax.

Zoetry Casa del Mar
Great trip. It's a beautiful resort! The beach is not for swimming but the pool makes up for that fact. We saw whale activity and had a restful and enjoyable time. We'd all definitely go back! We would love to spend more time and do some excursions if possible.
