We loved Zoetry. What a great experience! Everything was amazing. The hotel staff is so nice and makes us feel like a family. They have afternoon activities, and Jaime was the person conducting all the fun. He is amazing! We would wait anxiously for the bingo time. The employees at the restaurants were so friendly and always willing to help us with anything. We will definitely come back to this place.

Pretty and peaceful
We felt so at home while at this property. Beautiful decor and nice touches throughout. Landscaping was immaculate. Peaceful beach, pool area, and overall vibes. Gabriel, Jaime, and Marcos were all very attentive with our needs, whether it was food, drinks, or activities, in the pool area. We will definitely recommend and come back.

Great sevice and friendliness
Awesome experience. Jamie was great, Marcos was awesome. Daniel was absolutely perfect, Alan was great. Gabriel awesome waiter, Juan was awesome bartender. Hi y was absolutely great experience with our family. We enjoyed every bit of the resort

Great staff, great food, great views
Great staff, great food, great views. An amazing boutique resort experience. Our building had its own pool, and the pool by the main building was great as well. Recommend taking advantage of their theme nights for dinner. Just wish it was closer to other things to do.

Apr 19, 2025Our experience in Zoëtry in Cabo
The good: The place is beautiful, the staff is wonderful specially Alberto who is one of the managers, Ricardo that takes care of guests relations, amazing people. Good food, not the very best but above average, the rooms are clean and everything is well thought of. Not so Good: The beach is unusable, you can’t get on the water or you may die, given that the current is strong and waves are huge. The resort also has a section dedicated for Airbnb so, there is no music or activities to entertain guest like in other places. Expect a quiet and relaxing atmosphere ( only). Giving you only the pool for entertainment and some silly activities like pairing, cooking classes etc. Spa is the most expensive I have ever seen, sauna is 45 dollars per person per day ! Horrible: They have a “Membership “ called Unlimited vacation club, they push that presentation on most and give you discounts to encourage you to watch it. I encourage you to research before even going to one, that thing has a very bad reputation and most discounts it provides are not worth the price tag, they say it will last 90 minutes and it lasts hours, mine was 5 hours but it’s different for some. We unfortunately fell for it, and when we tried canceling they decided to keep most of the money. I ADVISE against it. It feels like a well elaborated scam much like time shares but not the same. Be aware, most of Mexico is full of these things they get you first at airports and also can be found in the resorts, the majority of these deals are completely different then what they sell you.
