    The Sip, Savor & See Dining Experience is only good for dinner. This is not a day pass. Guests must make arrangements through the resort concierge. Guests may choose to dine at any of the restaurants that are serving dinner**. Guests are responsible for the cost of transportation to and from the resort**. A maximum of four people are allowed per seating. Special restrictions may apply for Christmas and New Year’s Eve dinners and special events. Guests can utilize the facilities at the resort they are visiting from 6 p.m. to 1 a.m., including bars and theaters.

    Absolute DISASTER!

    Absolute DISASTER!!! We were there with a group of friends and had 3 rooms. As soon as we got the access cards and opened the room door, we found that it was incredibly stuffy with 2/3 rooms. 1 room was in the basement, there we found that there were no windows in the room and that the air conditioning/ventilation system was defective and no fresh air could get into the room. You have to imagine this, no windows no air conditioning = No air to breathe. You're like being locked in a basement. No escape routes, no phone (no reception in the basement either), nothing. So in a serious situation, locked up and on your own. So at night we had to leave the door open in part, which gets a bit of air in. The hotel had already immediately after check in said a technician should come by, which we never saw. The plant would not be repaired either. After several complaints to the reception, it was said the manager does not like to be called and he writes a mail. So we were just put off and nothing came out. Other rooms were not given to us even after inquiry. Apart from that: - Room too old and dirty, turn fully lubricated with (red, black) spots - Beds very worn and you could already feel the feathers. - Bath moldy and the shower discolored and yellow - Remote controls and TV not working - Safe available but not screwed on anywhere, so you could just take it with you. CONCLUSION: Absolute rip-off, Definitely NOT recommended. Partly life-threatening!

    Small hotel which is basically not much to boast of, but the service is super cosy and provides good service. Rooms are cleaned daily. The rooms are small and a bit worn out. The beds are good, but a bit hard. The street hotel is located in is a few meters from a busy shopping street. We didn't notice anything about "life" there.

    France Hotel

    Centrally located, walking distance to all attractions, restaurants, museums, however room and shower could do with a clean! Dusty ledges in room, mastic to shower needs replacing as is turning black. Bed and sheets were clean. Book well in advance for Anne Frank museum!

    Super located, but dirty hotel experience

    The rooms are not really clean The room was not cleaned during my stay of 2 days The remote control of the TV didn't have batteries The TV backside was full of old dust The bed frame was more than old The room didn't have a window ( wasn't mentioned) for a price of 200€ / night No bottle of water in the room

    Fabulous hotel with lovely staff

    Absolutely fabulous. Our booking was last minute after our morning flight home got cancelled and left us stranded with all our belongings. The lovely guy on reception let us into our room 4 hours early - at no extra cost (we did offer to pay more) Room was great, location great and Irish bar next door was brilliant for watching the football! Walking distance to everything in Amsterdam central but quiet enough to get a good nights sleep. All the staff were so helpful and went above and beyond for us and we were so grateful.
