May 02, 2025Zoetry has my whole heart.
I sat for a few days once we returned to try to think of all the things I’d like to say. It has been impossible to find the right words because words cannot convey our gratitude to the staff. From the moment you arrive, you are treated like family. Each person you encounter has a genuine smile and immediately puts you at ease. I haven’t had a vacation since spring break 2003, but we visited in October and had to come back 6 months later. The first time around, Amada helped us tremendously. We were hopeful that we’d be with her again, but she had a few days off. (Deservedly so). Although she wasn’t with us, she stayed late just to say hello to us when we first arrived!! She also gifted me a birthday present. I cried because it was so thoughtful and kind. This trip, we had Johan helping us who was also incredible. Our first trip it literally rained the whole time and we did not get a hint of a tan and underestimated the sun this time around. Without us even asking, Johan got us fresh aloe that was a huge help. He also went out of his way to make my birthday dinner so incredibly special. There are so many people that made our trip perfect. I only wish I could remember everyone’s names. From Jack who showed me how to cycle in the pool and being so kind, to Wilca who’s smile literally lights up the room and she also gave the best hugs to Rossi and her singing that makes every morning a little bit better. There was also entertainment during the day that was fantastic near the pool bar. The nightly entertainment is always interesting and fun as well. There are so many more people that made our stay unforgettable and I wish I could remember all of them. They are the soul of Zoëtry. If you’re looking for a resort that is filled with wonderful people, focused on wellness, has incredible food and views then look no further. This is your place.

Merveilleux séjour !
Merveilleux séjour au Zoetry Agua Punta Cana avec mon conjoint! Nous avons adoré ! Le service est impeccable! Les employés semblent toujours de bonne humeur et sont très soucieux de plaire, anticipant même nos besoins. Il y en aurait trop à nommer et je ne me souviens pas de tous les noms mais j'aimerais particulièrement mentionner Melissa et Alejandra qui nous ont servi des boissons à la plage et offert un service remarquable. Les boissons me semblaient de meilleure qualité qu'ailleurs. La nourriture était délicieuse partout mais nous avons trouvé qu'il manquait des légumes (plusieurs plats n'en avaient pas ou très peu). C'est un très mignon hôtel, bien entretenu, et la chambre était très confortable. Nous avons apprécié la grande terrasse et le bali bed. Le spa était fantastique et l'accueil de même. Nous recherchions la tranquillité et l'hôtel frappe en plein dans le mille à ce niveau. Par contre, il y avait un large groupe pour un mariage la semaine où on y était, ce qui a beaucoup changé la dynamique et fait en sorte que c'était beaucoup moins calme qu'attendu par moment. Si j'y allais de nouveau, je m'informerais avant de réserver. Il y a des moustiques alors un insecticide est nécessaire, mais rien qui m'empêcherait d'y retourner. Au final, j'accorde 5 étoiles pour la qualité supérieure de l'établissement et du service!

Peace and tranquility at Zoëtry Agua
My husband and I spent a wonderful week at Zoëtry Agua Punta Cana in April. The resort was stunning and the service was incredible. All of the employees were extremely friendly and went the extra mile to make us feel special. I’d like to give a shout out to Johan, our concierge, for making sure that we always had everything we needed, including arranging for horseback riding and massages at the spa. We had a swim-up suite, which I highly recommend, and appreciated the great service of the pool servers, Wilca and Cesar, and our mini-bar attendant, Jose Luis. The food at all of the restaurants and the lunch buffet was delicious and I’d like to acknowledge Luis Gonzalez, Yelin, Natali, Angel and Henry for their attentive service and for always welcoming us with a smile. I’d also like to thank Renny at the front desk for showing us around the resort when we arrived, and helping us confirm our transfer to the airport when we left. I can’t say enough good things about Zoëtry and we will definitely come back. We really liked the fact that it is a smaller resort and it never seemed busy. Even though the restaurants are all à la carte, it was nice to have the small outdoor buffet option for lunch. One thing to mention is that if you’re prone to bug bites, I’d recommend bringing bug spray. The resort did its best to fog every evening to keep the bugs away, but they were still around. But even that didn’t hamper our experience! If you’re looking for a small, quiet resort with top notch service, I highly recommend coming here. We received the best service we’ve ever had at a resort, with the friendliest staff. Thanks Zoëtry for a fabulous vacation!

Awesome resort
I can't say enough good things about our stay. Amanda was our concierge and she was awesome. We felt like we had the resort to ourselves. The only negative was it was red flag on the beach and the pillows need to be upgraded. The resort was peaceful and just what we needed.

A quiet and relaxing tropical oasis
This resort was a welcome respite from larger, more active all inclusive resorts. The grounds are gorgeous with mature palms, plumeria, coconut trees, and an herb garden. At night, the pathways are lit with terra cotta domes giving an almost ethereal feel to the resort. Thatched roof building dot the grounds flanked by meandering pools of water and fountains. The overall feel is rustic with soaring ceilings in all bars and restaurants adding to the tropical environment. Our room faced the garden area and was very quiet and relaxing. We spent time at the pool each day due to high winds that precluded us from entering the ocean. Our stay included a free 20 minute massage, daily use of the Hydrotherapy, and horseback riding on the beach. The spa is one of the gems of this resort. A highly skilled staff provide wonderful treatments that promise both relaxation and stress relief. The bartenders are also top notch and use fresh coconuts for tropical drinks making the both fresh and delicious. The only downside of our stay was the surprise of young children and the eventual arrival of 115 people for a weekend wedding party. Our concierge provided us with a surprise anniversary celebration that was super nice. The resort also places a high emphasis on ecology and protecting the environment which was refreshing to see.
