Vegas done right! (but tried to cheap out on $50 breakfast credit)
PROS: - Beautiful hotel., everything was sparkling clean and well-designed. - Rooms were spacious and had a fantastic view (depending on which side you stay on) - Staff were attentive, though you don’t interact with them much because you’re constantly on the move/something is happening - Smart room controls, the inner child in me loved opening up electric blinds and being able to control the music/television from the ipad CONS: - Very busy check-in, owing to how great the hotel is but still not fun to wait in line for 20ish minutes when arriving. They do have self-check in machines, but 1 out of the 5/6 were working. - We had an upgrade debacle. The room was upgraded to a Tower Suite, which is exactly the same room but comes with a few added extras (separate check in/entrance, queue jump for breakfast) but the item in question was a $50 breakfast credit. Initially when upgrading us, they didn’t want to honour the credit. Their argument was we’ve upgraded the room for you, which was exactly the same room but just with the bonuses of a separate check-in and in fact, a worse view as before we could view the sphere; whereas my argument was if you’re upgrading a room, then you should also have all the benefits that come with that upgrade. They did renege eventually, but it dampened the experience because for the sake of $50 in a hotel that churns over millions… it felt like a waste of everyone’s time (but I’m principle driven, so the battle will always be fought) - $50 breakfast credit. I understand that some places don’t just offer a ‘blanket cover’ of breakfast, there are so many different price points and they can’t account for every variable. However, the crown jewel in the Wynn is ‘The Buffet’ which is £50 per-person so it would’ve been nice for it to be a range of options – breakfast at the buffet, $50 credit etc. Maybe it’s me, maybe it’s Maybelline or maybe it’s just sometimes when hotels/restaurants offer certain things it can sometimes be viewed as tokenistic if they know you can’t really buy anything on value with that credit.

The Gold Standard of Vegas Luxury — Believe the Hype
You know all those glossy billboards and ads for casinos and hotels that promise glamour, elegance, and beautiful people smiling through champagne bubbles — only for you to arrive and be met with a very different reality? The Wynn is the rare exception. It’s everything the marketing promises — and more. From the moment you step into the Wynn, you feel the difference. The entire property exudes refined luxury and attention to detail, with immaculate design, a soothing ambiance, and a level of service that’s world-class. The casino floor itself feels elevated — a classier, more composed crowd than you’ll find in many other Vegas resorts, which makes the whole experience more enjoyable. The dining is phenomenal. With Michelin-starred restaurant and curated culinary experiences throughout the resort, every meal is a chance to be wowed. Whether you’re dining casually or indulging in fine dining, the options are impeccable. Another perk? The location is unbeatable. It’s just 13 minutes from the airport, and you’re only a short indoor walk through the convention center to the Sphere — making show nights effortless. After staying at the Wynn, it’s hard to imagine staying anywhere else in Las Vegas. It delivers on every promise of luxury, comfort, and sophistication. I simply won’t stay anywhere else.

Total bait and switch
Awful experience!! Front desk is a total scam where they quote one price and then Jack it up 10 minutes later and say “We apologize.” Uhh, no apology necessary, just honor the $829 price. This property has gone way down hill over the years. Just stay somewhere else that will appreciate your business

Beware!! Bait and switch hotel
Don’t trust the Wynn. They bait and switch prices once you get to the hotel. Really bad . They quoted me an extra night at $829 then 45 minutes later changed it to $2,250!! Said sorry there’s nothing we can do. I said Mr. Wynn would never operate like this and she said “Mr. Wynn is no longer associated with the property.” I said, that’s the problem here. Anyway, try the newer Fountaine Blue. Much better and much nicer

“Luxury, Style, and Professionalism at Its Best – A Perfect Stay at The Wynn”
We had a truly wonderful experience at The Wynn. The hotel is beautifully designed, with elegant interiors and a spacious, attractive pool area. Although we didn’t gamble myself, the casino floor is one of the most stunning we’ve seen in Las Vegas. From the gardens and the golf course, there's a fantastic view of The Sphere — truly spectacular at night. Our room was large, tastefully decorated, and full of thoughtful details. The only downside was the lack of an in-room coffee machine, which would have been a nice touch. I was in Las Vegas to attend the Connect Spring Marketplace conference, and I found the venue to be exceptional — everything was smoothly run, stylish, and highly professional. We dined twice at Allegro and were impressed both times by the food and the friendly, attentive service. All in all, The Wynn lives up to its reputation in every way. It’s the ideal choice for a refined and memorable Las Vegas stay.
