Best Vacation Ever!!
We have been to a lot of resorts, and this is one of the best. The resort and unit were immaculate. The staff was attentive and helpful. Every unit has an ocean view, and the 1 bedroom unit's kitchen was fully stocked with glassware, plates, utensils and cookware. The beach is manicured daily, and the pools and hot tubs were properly maintained. We also enjoyed the spa and workout facility. Both were also well maintained. We have our new home away from home and can't wait to go back!!

Fantastic relaxing trip
Recently spent a week here doing the premium all inclusive. Here's the good, the bad, and the ugly. Every member of the Wyndham staff went over and above for us. RUEL was incredibly helpful with tips on what to see, when to go, and best of all..what to eat and drink!! DAVID found my cousin a drink she loved ( pina colada with Amaretto only) took some work but he found it!! We are grateful to have met both of them. We didn't go to Subway.Everything on the menu at the TIDES and the Beach Bar was fresh and very flavorful. We did the breastfast buffet as it was included.. fresh made omelets were great however, some of the ready made heated items were stone cold on a few days, The tenderloin at dinner was amazing as was everything we ordered from the menu. Not a fan of any of the evening buffets we did and to be fair we didn't do the Taco or Seafood because we were off site. We were on the first floor and could walk directly into a pool from the door. It was amazing. The grounds are beautiful. This is not a flat beach and the water is pretty rocky but still so much fun. The rooms need some updating but we really didn't care about that. The woman working at Ocean Frontiers the Thursday we were there was absolutely miserable. She honesty but a damper on the day after the way she very close to yelled "your doing it wrong if that happens"many times. Followed by" just scan the code' she was very short with her temper and her answers. When a genltman opened the door to ask what time she'd be back from lunch, her answer was very short and definitely not sweet. 12:30!!!! We went to relax and unwind on the non touristy side of the island and it was perfect.

The Fishes are Waiting For YOU!
Can't beat morning coffee with a little sunshine looking out to the ocean from the balcony. The resident chickens were a bonus. We came for the convenience of snorkeling straight from the shore, and it proved to be pretty good. We had a car a tried a lot of other highly rated beaches, but really enjoyed the convenience of the hotel access. (the snorkeling is best around the dock) We packed some food essentials from home and supplemented with the grocery store across the street to accommodate some dietary restrictions. Our unit was well equipped for cooking and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals on the patio overlooking the ocean. There are so many islands to visit, but I think we'll be back sooner than we think. Wyndham Reef makes it real easy to relax and unwind!

Beautiful laid back resort with friendly staff
We loved our stay at this beautiful, relaxing, laid back resort. The food was excellent and there were other dining options in the area. The beach and pools were gorgeous. The staff was very friendly, availble and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the housekeeping staff responded almost immediately if we needed anything. I highly recommend it!

Pros and Cons
I would give 3 1/2 stars. Pros, the staff was absolutely wonderful. They were always extremely helpful and pleasant. All of the food I ordered off of the restaurant menu was delicious. My husband and I had the buffet one night, and let's just say we are not fans of a buffet. That's a personal preference. If you want good clean food, go to the restaurant and order off of the menu. It's probably the same price. Lunch at the beach bar off the menu was also delicious -- salads, burgers, grilled fish sandwich, tacos. FYI, ask for grilled if you don't want deep fried. Keep that in mind. Bartenders were amazing. The hotel is also very quiet, which is a plus. Adults and families. No spring break here. Cons. Room was a bit outdated. Only one bathroom for a one bedroom condo. Room keys had to be corrected every day. Ocean view was great, but I would recommend the ground floor. We were on the third floor, and it was a bit of a pain whenever you needed water or use the bathroom. We were in Building 3. Apparently, there was a storm somewhere out there, and even though the beach was cleaned every single morning, meticulously, and after ten minutes, because of the current, garbage and tons of sea grass was being washed up on the shore only in front of Buildings 3 & 4 for the first six days we were there. The last two days, no garbage. That was a bit of a bummer. The beach in front of Buildings 1 and 2 were fine. Just some sea grass. Not the hotel's fault, just the side of the island. Also, the ocean was very rocky in front of Buildings 3 and 4. 1 & 2, not so much, but I do recommend water shoes. They do have activities, but when we were there, there was no kayaking or paddle boarding because of the waves. No umbrellas in front of Buildings 3 & 4. Only shade was from the palm trees and the building. Last, not a walking/running beach, which was a bummer for me. Very slanted. We went to Seven Mile Beach one day, and the sand was white, and the water was turquoise. Not on the east end. I hope this helps.
