What a lovely hotel. Small with a perfect coastal vibe. Our room was gratified and spacious. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The valet staff were so quick to retrieve our car, we never had to wait. Shout out to Harris as he packed our car to leave.

An unforgettable experience!
If you are looking for an amazing experience, this is the place. It ALL began from the valet to guest check-in and everywhere in between. The staff is very friendly and intentional about serving their guest. Once checked in, we were given a number to text with any questions or needs we may have. I did have questions and the response was immediate and courteous. Wild Dunes offers a shuttle to local restaurants/stores off property, which we used as well. Thank you Kevin for your services to Islander 71 on December 6, 2024. Check-out was a breeze as well. My husband was in a seminar and I want to thank Pierce for coming to get our luggage and loading the car for me - I appreciated it very much. I simply can't say enough about this place. I do know we will be back with our family in the future. Thank you Wild Dunes staff for an unforgettable trip.

The full package
The staff at this resort are exceptional. Very timely service, very kind people. The rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable. The beach is easily accessible, and there are plenty of pool areas to enjoy throughout the resort. I went around the holidays, and the decorations were very festive.

180 degree turnaround
We had a condo that was kind of dirty and it had no internet. We asked to see what could be done and they moved us to the residence at Sweetgrass Inn. It is 50x nicer than the condo in Shipwatch. Harris helped us with all our stuff and he was awesome!

Excellent Service
The service was excellent. Check in with Boipello was very pleasant and through. Extra kudos to Harris (valet) who helped us unload a complete Thanksgiving feast, golf gear...and oh yes...some luggage. All with a smile and good humor....
