Nov 18, 2024Amazing Low-key Place to Stay
I went here for a short trip to visit family in Charleston. The experience was amazing, since we had a car and drove to Sullivans island, charleston etc. the valet worker Pierce was exceptional. Extremely freindly, helpful and even took our luggage up to our room! Everything here was cleanly and the food options around the resort were great. Highly recommend to anyone planning a trip to IOP or Charleston.

10/10 Would recommend!
My wife and I were visiting friends who were members on the property when we unexpectedly arrived to a massive event in full swing. Despite the heavy traffic, Jace and Pierce went above and beyond to make our arrival smooth and seamless. They managed the line which stretched all the way back to the gate with such energy and professionalism. These two young gentlemen didn’t just keep things moving—they truly ran the extra mile (practically at the speed of a car!) to ensure everyone was taken care of promptly. Their dedication and enthusiasm left a lasting impression. Management, take note—these two deserve a raise!

Unreal
Had an absolutely amazing stay at wild dunes, what a beautiful place and everyone is so nice. The drinks at the bar are very pricey, however, the views and the pool make it completely worth it. The valet service is also exceptional. Pierce valeted my car and he was just the nicest kid in the world. Truly a class act as well as the rest of his coworkers.

Jace and Pierce with the valet crew made it super easy to access our car! Our car was pulled up every time in a matter of minutes! Always with a big smile on their faces. Highly recommend this hotel, we will be back for sure! Thanks again to the crew

Beautiful Experience!
This resort is beautiful with amazing restaurants and staff. Upon, check in we greeted with best customer services from valet, front desk and servers. We would like to highlight Ms. Geysi V. exceptional hospitality for my partner’s 50th birthday celebration. She ensured he had a sweet gift in his room to kick off his weekend away. Thank you, Again!
