10th time staying at Pedregal, the team is off the charts when it comes to service and comfort. GM Fernando Flores and Director of Operations Libia Ronco have a great team of associates! Ambassador Alberto and Guest service manager Debbie were able to move our room after the first day, very much appreciated! Gau, Arturo and Daniel at Don Manuel's provided great support for our daily breakfasts. Gate team of Oscar, Roberto, Oscar's look alike brother Alberto along with la hefa Barbara always greet us with a big smile! Ambassador Jorge along with the Lionel, Daniel, Ramundo, Omar are terrific in getting us around the property or to the gate...along with big smiles and stories about families. Dana and Rey are terrific concierges! And some of our favorite times were with the team at Agave Tequila bar, Eduardo, Cutberto, Ezekiel all made us laugh (checa, leca babe) and a big congrats to the Pedregal Mixologist Jobni for winning the Jose Cuervo drink contest...we just hope his head is able to fit thru the tunnel:). Thanks again, we look forward to our next stay in February!

Couples Birthday Trip
Waldorf never ceases to amaze us with their beautiful properties, but their staff made our trip memorable. Raquel Vazquez was our personal concierge, and she was in touch with me months before our arrival to ensure we had a perfect itinerary. I let her know we were coming to celebrate my partner’s birthday and mentioned he likes Formula 1. She arranged for W.A. to make cookies with his name and race cars decorated on them. Beyond thoughtful. Rachel was a text away and always available to answer any questions. Salvador and Victor at Don Manuel’s for breakfast are amazing. Salvador is personable and takes so much pride in his work. The small attention to details made us feel truly special. Salvador had desserts and sides made that weren’t readily available because he knew we were celebrating. Daniel Sanchez at the adults only pool provided remarkable service. He always ensured we had the chairs we wanted with unobstructed views of the ocean. He’d be attentive and also give his guests space. Seeing him was consistently a highlight to our mornings. El Farallon is a beautiful restaurant on the cliff. The sound of the waves crashing with a sunset in the background is picturesque. We went on a sunset cruise on their Dos Mares yacht. I recommend being on the bow of the boat even if you may get splashed a couple times. Great 2.5 hour experience. Thank you to all the staff who made us feel so welcome.

This is truly a special place
Our stay was fantastic! We love to travel and this is hands down our absolute favorite place to stay. The entire staff is so nice. We have gotten to know several people that make us feel like part of their family. A special thank you for the warm hospitality and unparalleled service we received from Libia, Alberto and Dana on arrival and Mitchell, Gabriella, Salvador, Diego, Josue and Sebastian at restaurants, Angela in our cooking class, and all the others that made our stay so special. The rooms are beautifully decorated and have stunning ocean views with the most gorgeous sunsets. The restaurants are first class, they also have amazing views and props to the chef, the food is delicious. The spa is world class and we love to spend time there. We love the people and everything about the entire resort. This is truly a special place. We have already booked our next stay and can not wait to return. Thank you for everything! Bryan and Vanessa

Wonderful Vacation
AMAZING - service was top notch and the resort was beautiful. Everyone who works there is so accommodating and nice. We will definitely be back - worth every penny spent!! Our room was gorgeous and right on the ocean - couldn’t ask for anything better!!
