Very nice location and we enjoyed the activities and the nice people of that place. We feld really welcome. Well first we didn’t think we get into a retiring home. But Uli got that vibe back up

Amo el equipo de animation, are too good, I liked tribal show and Michael Jackson, was very nice, thanks candy and sombra for the attention ans help.

Very Nice.
Very friendly and accommodating staff. La Baby was very sweet. Had everything we needed. Plenty of activities to do and lots of food.

The Good: The beach is very nice. Front desk employees are good, rooms are ok. I want to give a shout-out to Elcris at guest service desk and Lilian at the a la carte restaurants are very good. The Bad: Dining room is too small for the numbers of guests at the resort because of that the service is lacking at the buffer restaurant. The service at a la carte restaurants is better. People smoke just about everywhere so you get secondhand smoke. Animation team is not inclusive.
- AdvisoryPlease note that improvement works will take place in selected areas of the hotel during August and September 2026. The pool will be temporarily closed for repairs from August 31 to September 15, 2026, while all other hotel services will continue to operate as normal.
