Vivito's Club staff is the greatest! Very friendly and caring. Both of my daughters loved the activities they provide, especially the mini disco! Special shout out to Carlos, Janet, Marilou, and Michelle! Rylee and Michaela want to go back already

Great experience
Our family are impressed with the friendly staff, the cleanliness of the resort, the quality of the food and the kids club. A special thank you to the Vivito’s Club (kids club) - Carlos, Janet, Marilu and Michelle who are great with the kids. They keep Connor entertained and are sensitive to his needs. Grazie per tutto.

Amazing vacation.
This hôtel is worth taking the time to post a review, my family (4 adults) and I absolutely loved it ! Here are the point we loved the most: -The cleanliness of the hotel was a 10/10; -The tap bracelet to access your room; -beautiful Vegetation on site healthty and well taken care of; -The amount of palm tree at the beach for shade was great; -The food was delicious and a great variety; -Restaurant whitout reservations that was perfect and easy; -Filtered water distributor is a great idea; -Friendly, polite and helpful staff. We will definitely go back !

A yearly family holiday
We have been Viva members since 2003 and have gone to the Viva Azteca at least 20 times including 2025. We love the people, excellent food, small intimate outdoor courtyard and long beautiful beach. Sister resort the Maya is close with a shopping centre across from it. Playacar area safe for walking and biking. We have brought our family and friends to enjoy. Many perks with membership. The staff are amazing and our friends.

Amazing vacation
This is a fantastic resort with top class service. Absolutely recommend staying here!! From the maids to the servers to hosts and bartenders, every single employee goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy. The beach access is beautiful with excellent cabanas. All in all an amazing place to spend a vacation.
