Service was amazing! All of the food was delicious. We had a big group and they were able to handle all of our needs very efficiently. The tacos were very unique and quite delectable. The pineapple mezcalitas with dried crickets were surprisingly good!

Great staff
Restaurants have really unique food and kind wait staff. The staff is really helpful and understanding. La Corona had a really fun dessert called banana piñata! We really enjoyed our server Ceasar at La Corona. He was very funny and gave us great recommendations for the area.

Excellent
Perfect location. Very friendly staff; we always received a smile and welcome when we arrived at or left from the hotel. Rooms are nice. Pillows are excellent. The front desk service is getting much more efficient than it used to be, which makes the check-in / out experience much better.

Excellent Experience with Staff at Villa Premier Boutique, Puerto Vallarta
All Staff at this hotel is wonderful! ❤️❤️ Paul at the pool area is a gem, he made sure you got a lounge chair, table beside, and umbrella and towels. He greeted us every morning with a smile, hand shake or a hug. He kept tabs on your comfort and would move your umbrella if you were getting too much sun, or not enough. If there weren’t enough towels he would run to laundry and provide you with one. ❤️❤️ Javier, Enrique, Jorge, and Victor at the pool bar were gems as well. Making sure we had water, drinks or snack food..they also greeted us with a big smile every day and asked if every thing was ok. ❤️❤️ Armando, Jose, who were our waiters in Le Ceiba and Le Perla (restaurants at the hotel) were amazing making sure we liked the table we picked and made us comfortable. They came to our tables making sure we had wine or cocktails , water and would explain to us the menu. They explained what was on the menus. The food was superb, chef quality as the presentation was excellent !❤️❤️. Isidore, our butler was so helpful with all of our questions and concerns. We were to have a free city tour with Vellas Vallarta Hotel because we went to their presentation of buying weeks at their resort. They were to pick us up one morning for the tour, we waited in our lobby for 45 minutes for them to show up when Isidore came to us and asked if we were waiting for some one and we told him. He then asked if we had a phone number to call and we did, so he took it upon himself to call them several times and to no avail no answer. So obviously they weren’t coming to pick us up for what we were looking forward to this city tour. He felt sorry for us as this kind of represents his people and would leave a negative on us tourists. ❤️❤️ Veronica and another housekeeper, whose name we didn’t get, who looked after our room were very pleasant and courteous ❤️❤️ All these staff members and others, whose names we never got, were like family and we are in awe for all of them. ❤️❤️ We would encourage people who want to go to Puerto Vallarta and to experience hospitality and excellence, please go to this wonderful resort! ❤️. Felt at home. Quaint environment, Very safe, great location all walking distance to melacon /romantica. Lots of delicious food if you get lost in a few blocks off main strip. Hotel was full of awesome people, crazy cool drinks, and happy, accommodating staff.
