Dec 22, 2024Did not meet expectations for the cost
Did not meet expectations. Breakfast and lunch good, dinners horrible, cold and not as promised on theme nights. eg.. duck could not be cut or chewed, lasagna was meat and cheese, no lasagna noodles, paella a blob of rice with one shrimp and one mussel, gnocchi not cooked. No Mexican dessert on theme night and no apology about the food quality from the head waiter. Hector made amends the next night but did not follow up with us for the remaining 9 days of our trip despite knowing we were clearly not happy at the resort .Kudos to Edgar, Jose, Sergio and Julio for their efforts to make us happy. Paul was a rock in the pool area. Our second Spanish theme night was a bust as Flamenco music and dance was cancelled due to a wedding party and that night we were awakened by the wedding party in hotel room 2201 at 1.15AM that continued loudly with too many occupants for a lengthy period, our last night at the hotel. Did I mention we are both 79 and wondered why a party was booked into a regular room next to our room 2202. We left with a sour taste and will not return and nor would we recommend the hotel.

We had a great experience on our stay in PV. I loved the hotel, the staff, the little luxuries, the pools and the meals were perfect. Super relaxing. Many thanks to our wonderful room and pool staff, including Paul our pool attendant. Highly recommend you ask about the dinner options each night. Our last night we had a Spanish dinner complete with Spanish guitar and flamenco dancer 💃🏻

Great experience
Great experience, very attentive staff. Paul in particular made of point of building a relationship with us and ensuring we were happy. We visited each of the restaurants at the resort, and the food was excellent at all of them. They’re very accommodating with customization. Bonus: whales were playing a short distance offshore on our first night.

Anniversary weekend
My wife and I had an amazing time at Villa Premiere. We stayed for 4 nights and the staff did an amazing job taking care of us. We celebrated our anniversary at a romantic dinner on the beach. The setup was fabulous, intimate and romantic. The food was really good. We had a lovely time and would highly recommend the experience. Paul did an outstanding job taking care of us at the pool. He helped us get a bed, ensured we had a relaxing day, made sure we had good drinks, and checked in on us every now and then to make sure we were doing well. …

It's not advertised but they ask if you want to hear a 90 minute pitch about their "program" in return for some meager financial incentives. Do Not agree to the sales pitch! It was over 150 minutes! The facility is well-maintained, expertly cleaned, and nicely located. Staff is friendly and accommodating. They were nearly completely booked for our mid-December stay and it never felt too busy or crowded.
