Our stay here was nothing but amazing!! The food and service was top notch! Paul took care of our needs at the pool and Adan, Edgar, Maciel, Saul and Arnando were amazing wait staff!! We will be back!! The hotel is in walking distance to the Malecón and Pepe’s tacos!

Great vacation
The Pool is great and Paul takes care that all people feel good all the time. He is great. Food and Drinks are excellent and all servers are competent and friendly, especially Jorge at the Pool area. The Hotel and the rooms are very well kept and clean. The beach is a pebble beach what we didn‘t like so much.

Unforgettable experience
Unforgettable experience from start to finish! The dining and food were top notch and the staff went above and beyond every single time! Special shout out to Paul, Hugo, Cesar and Javier - truly made us feel like family! We will definitely be back! Bravo Villa Premiere!!! 👏

Excellent service
We really loved our stay here. The hotel itself is in a great location, far enough from Malecon that it’s easy to find good restaurants, but also easily within walking distance. Our room had great high ceilings and a beautiful view of the ocean. The food and drinks we had by the pool were all surprisingly great as well. But by and large the best part of villa premier was the service. It was just across the board fantastic. Paul and all the other waitstaff (I wish I remembered more of their names) were so attentive and thoughtful. Little details like offering to clean sunglasses and adjusting umbrellas really elevated our stay. I would happily stay here again

Couple getaway
The staff is super nice and attentive- Paul at the pool knows how to treat people right! Hotel is small and clean - beds and pillows made order. We will definitely be back. Great getaway with my husband. Puerto Vallarta has been very memorable.
