Such a beautiful penthouse! It is well worth it. The outside areas are amazing with the hot tub, fire pit, loungers, view, etc. The unit is beautiful, spacious and very clean. You almost don’t want to leave it each day! Jaime the butler is so very attentive and personably. He handled everything we needed and made us feel well taken care of. We love this unit and Jaime and will definitely be back!

Super enjoyable!
Bryant at the Blue Grill was happy, pleasant and gave great service. Filet Mignon was DELISH! We will be back several time before our vacation is up. And the night was perfect, ocean waves in the background, fire in the background, great food!

Birthday trip to Puerto Vallarta
Great room. Everyone we had contact with was wonderful... Carolina, Rufino, Daniela, Paloma, Fabian, Omar, Brayden, Brian, Angel, and our favorite Ricardo for cocktails on the beach! Great days at the beach with fantastic weather. The hotel was immaculate. Morning coffee in the lobby. Bottled water provided in our room. Very nice hotel!

Top notch
This is our 2nd time visiting. We came here for Thanksgiving weekend to get away from the winter cold and to relax/destress. We spent most of our time at the pool. Daniel was incredibly friendly and helpful. Was available any time we needed anything, getting our towels, moving our umbrellas and chairs when needed. Our waiter Ricardo was attentive and provided the best of service bringing our drinks, food and coming to us quickly when needing a refill. We hope to visit here soon in the future.

Awesome resort, very clean, great staff!!
Awesome experience, loved the food loved the hospitality. Rooms were always clean. The entire resort very clean. The food was awesome. We tried almost all of the restaurants. My favorite was the tamales in the morning accompanied by the fresh mimosas. Special thanks to Carolina Rufino for her great service at the restaurant! We all had a great time. Great memories here. We will come again!!!!
