Jesus was the best host, sharp, friendly and went out of his way to be helpful. Thank you for everything! Great family experience. We loved our time here - we look forward to coming back very soon. We loved the food and the pool and the beach and we had fun and felt very safe the whole time. All the staff was very friendly.

Holiday vacation!
We love coming here and have been for over 10 years! The staff is always so kind and welcoming as well as accommodating! We really appreciate everyone especially Jesus at the pool! Thank you La Estancia! Can’t wait to come back and see you all soon!

New Year’s in bliss
This was our sixth visit at Villa La Estancia but this was our first time there over New Year’s Eve! We had a really lovely time, as usual, especially because the staff here is so incredibly warm and attentive - from our check-in with Jair, to every morning’s breakfast with the very sweet Esmeralda (la estrella de la Casona), Carolina and Jackie, to the incredible service of the staff and waiters at the beach. The atmosphere at Villa La Estancia continues to be very peaceful and tranquil, which is exactly what my family prefers. The hotel’s growing popularity did mean that it was tricky to find a place to sit in the pool and beach areas if you weren’t planning on getting up early to save your group a spot, and you can see a lot of the guests were very eager to do just that (leave out their towels but not show up for hours and hours) and, what’s worse, demand a large beach umbrella for every individual seat which is really inconsiderate because the umbrellas would run out. We were a party of three and only ever required one umbrella between us. Nevertheless, this is really more an attitude of the guests, because the staff from the hotel really do their best to accommodate everyone - they’ll do all they can to find you an umbrella, they’ll dig them out and move them when the sun shifts, they always make themselves available and all with smiles and kindness. We also want to give a big thank you to Dr Ivette - we had a few health issues and, at Esmeralda’s suggestion, we went to see the doctor who is here at the hotel and she was a huge help! Overall, this beautiful hotel is made even more special thanks to its hardworking, lovely, wonderful staff!

I hardly ever write reviews, but I feel I need to warn others. This hotel is struggling with so many things, including allergy accommodations, access to food in general, having enough towels at the pool, and much more. I asked to speak to a manager and was referred to a sommelier.

Relaxing & Great experience
My elderly friend and I had a great time. Raul, Omar and Jerry (bellboys) were very helpful and kind dealing with my friend who does not speak much Spanish and was there a few days before I arrived. She is a gold member so she is always treated with respect and kindness there. The spa was a wonderful experience as well
