Que buen lugar, muy recomendable, tranquilo sin pretensiones, por lo regular la mayor parte del tiempo elegimos hoteles de cadena grandes en esa zona el RIU, Hard Rock y así , reservamos de último minuto 2 días para posterior pasarnos a otro hotel pero eso es otra historia, y nos llevamos una agradable sorpresa pues no conocíamos el hotel pero esta bastante agradable, la alberca exclente para familias y la suite donde nos hospedamos de igual manera bastante amplia cama super comoda, TIO VIAJERO háganse miembros de V LEVEL, yo ya estando ahí me di cuenta de ese tipo de registro y haybujosnsuper deals en cuanto a hospedaje solamente y todo incluido, sin lugar a dudas volveremos pronto.

Excelente servicio!
Excelente servicio, nos sentimos apapachados por los meseros. Agradecemos especialmente la atención de Gilberto, Eduardo, Fernando, Laura y los meseros del restaurante japonés, todos fueron muy atentos. Las camas son muy cómodas y las habitaciones limpias y espaciosas!

Ok! Weather is nice. Food is good and restaurants menus updated. Pretty busy at the pool! Services and options are a bit lacking compared to other Villa properties but still Ntb. Our butler Cesar was wonderful. Premises is a bit tired in places, but landscaping is nice. Spa is good (Ty Daniela for great facial!) Beds are comfy, people are nice 😊 No poolside food or beverage service available until noon. Can get beverages from bar after about 11am. No guava margaritas, haha!

The best place to get away from it all!
A wonderful place! Our family loves this place and can't wait to go back! The staff is very kind and helpful and the location clean and welcoming. I would like to thank Regee, Alejandro, Laura, Roman, Gilberto, Elizabeth, Javier, Ernesto, Eduardo, Polo, and many more! The food is good, and the entertainment and activities are too!
