    Another fantastic year in Nuevo Vallarta Del Palmar Flamingos

    Amazing visit as always. The Spa was wonderful with Lily escorting me in the “wet” areas making sure that I didn’t slip, a wonderful massage and facial from Elena who couldn’t be nicer and helped me with my Spanish. Antonio the bell hop always welcomes us and makes sure we have what we need to vacation. We especially love Caesar, the Elite concierge who greets us with the warmest hug and takes time to chat with us during our visit. Gemma and Mary at the elite concierge desk were always available to answer our questions. We love this resort from the weather to the service to the spectacular rooms. Of all the villa group resorts Nuevo Vallarta has the best beach for both laying out and for swimming. Reggie is always a pleasure to see at the pool and is quick to help with umbrellas or seating. This year I also enjoyed the best aqua fitness lead by Liz- she led the Zumba class - 45 minutes of real activity and then the water class and it was the first time I’ve experienced a real water aerobics class- she was excellent! Fantastic time in Nuevo Vallarta Flamingos Del Palmar- hard to beat for the price, value, views, experience, and just good people who are there year after year 💕that says alot for the resort that the staff stay for a long time!

    Wonderful Staff!

    The resort was nice, but the people is what made our whole trip! Pedro in the lobby bar was awesome! He was attentive to our drinks, funny, and personal. Maria, the bar tender in the evening was good too! She made drinks for my wife that were just right for someone who doesn’t like typical alcoholic drinks. Thanks to the rest of the staff for a great experience.

    My favorite place

    Iris, Lucy, Bertha, Lucia, Mary, these ladies are wonderful, and so helpful! I love coming to this resort because of them! every time I go thousw ladies made my vacations wonderful live this place love the weather they are always smiling and happy

    Tuve una maravillosa estancia el lugar es precioso excelente atención desde recepción hasta las amas de llaves

    Tuve una maravillosa estancia la habitación estuvo excelente muy limpio todo tiene todo lo necesario mi hija y yo Irene Villarreal tuvimos un día genial que las próximas vacaciones no dudaré en quedarme con ustedes Villa del palmar Flamingos El servicio de todos los empleados fue excelente desde recepción hasta las amas de llaves Y en deli u en la piscina los restaurantes muy buena atención En especial quiero darle las gracias a Laura Fernanda de Deli que fue muy atenta con nosotros , a Paty G . Gerenta de recepción Ama de llaves Mónica ,Ivette y Elsa De deli Cecilia y Angel Del Market Monse y Marveli Y en la alberca Jorge que fue muy atento al llevarnos las bebidas un excelente servicio de su parte El desayuno en el bufet estuvo delicioso E igual todos con una actitud súper Es mi segunda estancia Y la verdad estuve muy agusto con todo el servicio que recibí

    Gran experiencia

    Muy bonitas y limpias las instalaciones de la alberca, la atención de Jorge fue excelente, probamos la comida de Palmita y fue muy rica, ahí la atención de Fernanda y sus compañeras fue realmente buena, todo el personal muy amable y servicial, sin duda espero volver pronto.
