Our pool waiter, Oscar, was fast, friendly and efficient. Even though the computers were down all week, he had a smile for us all the time. We easily found chairs by the pools each day, even though we didn’t arrive until after 11:00 daily. Water aerobics are always fun!

Everything about this place was lovely, including it's proximity to the noisy part of town. A $5 Uber gets you to town if you want it, but it's quiet here. Definitely worth the all inclusive if you're going to stay here all day, and if you're really lucky you get Carlos Castillo as your waiter. We also rented a car for a few days and explored San Jose del Cabo and Todos Santos, which was great. Loved it here.

Relaxing Week
The resort is older but is in very good condition. The staff is constantly working and cleaning to keep everything spotless. Our check-in was aggravating because the IT system was down (for an entire week), but they did an amazing job of working through the disruption. The beach is beautiful and swimmable. The pools are very nice. The poolside wait staff are very good at what they do. We enjoyed Misael Guzman as our pool waiter, he was very attentive and made our days so much fun. The restaurants are very good and the choices are ample.

Great experience!
Overall great experience and no complaints! The resort was very nice, adult and kid friendly with amazing views. The staff was very nice and specifically Oscar our daily pool server was amazing and always there as needed. Would recommend to all family and friends.

Great Food & Service
Our server Nayeli was The Best! During the week there was no Wi-Fi and many upset guests. Nayeli was always kind, happy and attentive. We always chose her section because of her great service. During our time we order many drinks and a variety of different food. Thank you Nayeli, until next time 😊
