May 02, 2025Adult All Inclusive Paradise
From the champagne and snacks at the registration till the fond farewells at departure, the Valentin just has got it all. The staff is very friendly and courteous! The room was very clean and taken care of multiple times during the day. The restaurant selections are numerous. The food was very good at the locations we visited. There are daily activities; you can do as much or as little as you want to. The beach is beautiful…the seaweed not so much BUT they do their best to keep it clean. The wait staff is always ready to grab food or drinks for you whether you’re on the beach or at the pool. This is just a wonderful place!

Heaven
Thoroughly enjoyable experience in pleasant relaxing surroundings. Accommodation welcoming comfortable and spotless. Staff were cheerful helpful good humoured and always pleasant. Would recommend this hotel to everyone.

A great way to relax and chill out.
Visited at the end of a two weeks tour, this is what we needed, relaxing, good food, attentive friendly staff, always smiling and willing to help. Good choice of pools plus the beach, gardens well looked after, clean and well kept. Wished I stayed longer.

A great first visit!
We had a great 1st visit to Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya. The staff is so friendly and attentive, from check in to check out. It's easy to get around, but still gives the perception of being larger yet also feels secluded with all of the natural foliage. Great food, great service, we really enjoyed our time here!

Overall we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel. We went as a couple and stayed for a week. Pros: Excellent restaurants, didn’t have to make reservations or wait to be seated except for the Japanese one (which was our favourite). Even room service food that we ordered past midnight when we first arrived was just great. Grounds well maintained, staff very professional and efficient. Great spot for a romantic vacation. Spacious room. We enjoyed walking around the resort with all the greenery and lovely animals. Not too loud. My partner organized a romantic dinner on the beach and the service, the food and just the whole experience could not have been better. Cons: Lack of privacy in the room as our silver suite did not have a wall between our bedroom and the bathroom (only a thin curtain) and the light sensor would keep on turning on at night if one of us got up to go to the bathroom. We met other couples and were told that some other, higher end suites, had a wall separating the two rooms. The restaurants didn’t have paper menus and I really wanted to spend time without my phone especially in the evenings so that was not an option. The tour desk staff sold us an absolute party catamaran sailing tour when I asked for a romantic experience but were receptive when I complained about the loud and overall inappropriate experience we had.
