    Relaxation

    Best for relaxing and foodies. Loved the spa. Great entertainment. Our pool Butler, Caesar was very attentive. Also, our personal butlers (Ness and Alfredo) made sure we were satisfied. I felt appreciated and pampered.

    Great Experience all around

    TRS was top notch in every way. The people were attentive and cared about your stay being the best it can be. We did the cenote dinner with Gabriel and highly recommend that. Gabriel made the experience very nice. We also did the Mayan love ritual during the dinner which was very special. Couldn’t recommend this place as a whole high enough.

    Our butlers, mafer, jose, and patricia made our stay 1000% easier, all the staff we met were the most welcoming people we have ever met and my fiance and i will be definitely be coming back for our honeymoon

    Wonderful stay at TRS for the 2nd time, and highlight to Ricardo, our amazing butler!

    It was our 2nd time at TRS Yucatan. Our expectations have once again been fulfilled. This is our favorite resort in Mexico (we have made several other resorts in Mexico, always 5 stars). The TRS Yucatan is of high quality. The place is beautiful (extraordinary vegetation; excellent cleanliness of the site and rooms - and our expectations are high at this level -; tasty restaurants with quality service and a lot of attention paid to allergies; nice balance between tranquility and animation; kindness and helpfulness of the employees at a very high level). I absolutely want to highlight the extraordinary work of our butler Ricardo. We experienced an "emergency" situation (not about the hôtel), and he made all the difference to help us with it. His way of managing the situation made all the difference to us (quickly, in a very organized way, and by dedicating himself so much). He is a wonderful person with incredible human values, and he offers excellent service. Throughout our stay, he was benevolent, always smiling and offering us the best of himself. We wish to return to TRS Yucatan, what a great experience once again! Thank you for this amazing stay.

    First Time TRS Yucatan Guests

    This was our first trip to Mexico and we are sooooo glad we found this resort! Exceptional service, food and views! Our trip was made 10000 times better/stress free thanks to Carlos, our butler in villa 67! He made our experience very personable and always went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed! Thank you Carlos and the entire TRS Yucatan staff!
