Great adult resort for friends to enjoy. Spa was nothing extraordinary. Food is not flavorful, but it’s doable. The Thai restaurant we went to service was excellent but the food was not that great. The Butler service comes in handy for everything. Beds are comfortable. Jacuzzi was really awesome. Inside our suite. In room service food is not flavorful. We thought this resort is more for worldwide tourist with bland food pallet. The alcohol service in room was awesome. The bars are excellent. The live music was OK. The beauty of the resort is truly gorgeous. The infinity pool and the saltwater pool both were really nice. If you are afraid of iguanas and possum looking animals, probably not the best place to go because they are everywhere. The staff of the resort every one of them are really nice and very helpful.

10 out of 10 would go again, the butlers George and Bernardo were so amazing at taking care of us. All of the staff were so friendly and nice it was the best trip ever! Never ran out of things to do and the service was above and beyond. It was our honeymoon and without us knowing the butlers made a rose pedal trail to a heart on the bed and a bouquet of flowers in the room it was such an amazing surprise and attention to detail. We will be back for sure.

Would go back!
The Butler service (Antonio) was amazing! He never missed anything and I highly recommend chatting with them through the Whatapp app. The property was clean and the turn down service was amazing. The food was mediocre at the show Chic but the service made up for it.

Best trip ever!
I went on this trip solo for the first time since my husband passed,to the TRS Yucatan and it's been out go to place, for several vacations now. I can't say enough, how well I was treated!! My butlers, Eric and Veronica in Villa 69, bent over backwards to make it a wonderful experience for me! Can't thank them enough. At the Terraza bar at the pool, Marco Max was such a a delight, with his friendly attitude and care to serve me, was really overwhelming, as was Francisco. I also have to give Elvis Gonzalez, at the Spa for giving me the 2 best massages I've ever had! 10 stars to you all, I miss you 🤗 Great sevice

Nature and resort layout are amazing
Favorite A la carte was el gaucho. Capricio was great for breakfast and lunch. Hellios service was poor -hostess station and waiters We spent most of our week at the la terrazza pool with Marco, Francisco and Jesus. Amazing service and enjoyable atmosphere. Infinity pool was very crowded and only lounge "savers" ever.got a seat. This should be stopped. Reynaldo was our housekeeper and was very efficient. Fernando and Carlos were great butlers
