TRS was a luxury experience. The staff is very attentive, it is clean, the food is excellent, and the entertainment was incredible. I would highly recommend TRS and make sure you hit up the spa because it is next level. My friend and I will be back again soon. Thank you to all the staff at TRS for making our stay a highly memorable experience. Love from Canada ❤️

Jean is excellent!
Had a fantastic time! The butler service is absolutely amazing - Jean went above and beyond responding efficiently to any questions we had. All staff are incredibly friendly. Our first trip and we made some lasting memories! Thank you Jean!

Excellent
Yes, Jean was amazing. Helped us make reservations and arrangements for our room! He was in the lobby every day checking that everything was good. Rooms were even nicer than I expected! The food was absolutely out of this world. Every meal was exceptional.

A Must Stay @ TRS Turquesa
As a returning quest, we love our experience. A special shoutout to Jose Luis, Yeyro, Jose, Dolores, and everyone who works at the TRS poo. Excellent butler service from all with a special thank you to Melky and Nancy.

Relaxing and money well spent
We came on this trip for our anniversary and to relax and we were able to relax and enjoy the peaceful gardens. Although we normally book an ocean view, this was a nice change from the constant noise at a lot of resorts. The service was exceptional. No one hassled us, however, on day 1, we were approached to meet with travellers club sales. This took up almost 3 hours on one of the few sunny days we had. We tried hard to decline, but they kept insisting. I think this needs to improve so that when customers say no, it should be left at that. However, the rep was very kind and well spoken. Dolores from the TRS pool bar was amazing and well mannered. She is attentive and works extremely hard. Also, special thanks to our butler, Rosmilka. She took her time to make sure we had everything we needed. Unfortunately we didn’t see her on her last day, her team mates were also quite wonderful. Thank you for making the trip memorable in a great way…despite the weather, we had a fabulous trip
