    Very much fun

    We had the best time. The show/singers were fantastic and the food was phenomenal! Our waiter Gillberto was amazing as well! Big fans and would go again. The show, the booze, and women were very nice. We’ll return!

    Shooting at the hotel beach!

    SHOOTING! Shooting! SHOOTING! Today on 28 dec,2024! I'll see Oh my God, it was terrifying! I am still in shock. I was lying on the beach when someone started shooting into the sea, where I had been just two minutes earlier! My husband and friends were still in the water at the time. In the chaos, I lost my phone while running for safety. I couldn’t go back to get it, and the situation was handled terribly. The hotel staff showed no responsibility at all! Shame on the hotel, and shame on hotel for failing to ensure that the destination was safe. We trusted your service and paid $6,000 CAD for two people, expecting a secure and enjoyable vacation. Instead, we faced a traumatic and dangerous experience.

    Best service, pool fun

    I had a wonderful time at TRs Coral, but really what made my trip Special was Alex. He was so attentive to our needs. The service was really just impeccable and what is expected of a 5 star resort. The best time.

    Too expensive not to be satisfied.

    The resort-rooms are dark and gloomy inside. The outside is gorgeous. The beach is beautiful. The maids, butlers, waiters, are excellent. Beds and pillows extremely uncomfortable, air in our room didn’t work properly our entire stay, even after two maintenance people came. We were bullied into a presentation as soon as we arrived. This was not ok considering we were exhausted from travel and not given any chance to get our barrings before being bomb rushed to spend more money. I would be very hesitant to go back unless things were fixed.

    Lots of fun in the sun 🌞

    After tons of research my boyfriend and I chose to stay at TRS Coral for four nights in December 2024. It was both of our first time in Cancun and we had two simple goals: get drunk & relax! 🫶🏼 We achieved both! We felt so well taken care of by our concierge team Freddy, Robin and Eladio. We had great excursions & classes at the resort with Guillermo, Reuben, and Angel. Truly everything I could’ve asked for in an all-inclusive stay!
