    Nice Resort

    Resort was great but food was not good on the Adult side. Reservation was difficult to get on Family side for dinner at restaurants

    Josue and everyone who waited on us were so wonderful! Exceptional service! Thank you! Everyone was absolutely the best and we had the most wonderful service! They celebrated my birthday with me and everything was wonderful!

    Nice Resort But Not For Gluten Free / Celiac People

    Please do not go to this resort if you are Gluten Free or especially Celiac. My husband was sick into our 3rd day there. We asked chef's and staff for Gluten Free options, and was directed to the same buffet items already out. We asked for Gluten free pizza, which they did find and then was cooked in the same place a regular pizza causing cross contamination of wheat. We were told there is no Gluten Free Pasta, which on day 6 of our stay we finally complained to a manager who then informed us that they do have it. Very frustrating. Gluten Free bread was not offered. Every restaurant we ate at asked about food allergies when you arrive, but the cooks and servers don't have or limited knowledge for Gluten Free. There is too much cross contamination in preparation and food handling. My husband was extremely ill during our stay which made for a miserable time for us.

    Dream Vacation!

    We came here for my sisters wedding and it was the best time! Definitely going to come back! We went to the spa and it was a great time. Definitely worth it!

    Best Of Cancún

    This place is absolutely beautiful and the food is delicious. Drinks are strong! They have cool activities, awesome shows but the best part is the top notch staff. Roberto at Heilos, Gina at Travel Club and Miranda who gave me the best archery lesson! I would highly recommend this place and I would return.
