Top notch tennis program / modern luxurious, uplifting, spacious, immaculate facilities / warm and attentive staff (shout out to our personal butlers Eladio, Freddie & Robin who made us feel like royalty), beautiful beach / abundant food with something for everyone / we will be back!

Enjoyed the resort and spa!
Enjoyed my time at this resort, especially at the spa! Natalie, my massage therapist took the time to braid my hair at the end which was a nice touch. Rio was so wonderful guiding me through my hydrotherapy session. Elizabeth went ABOVE and BEYOND at the Healthy Habits Bar to make my after spa session treat special!

Well Worth the Stay
I booked four rooms for my family, there were seven of us with my wife and I and adult children and significant others. We were made to feel welcome and valued. Everywhere on the resort the service was excellent. The butler service was excellent. The worked in teams so that you had constant access. If you are lucky enough to get Robin, Eladio, and Alfredo "Freddy" you are guaranteed to have a great visit. These guys can get anything done for you. Truly amazing. The selection of restaurants was very good. The food could be hit or miss, as mentioned in other reviews, but over all it was excellent. Helios and Capricio had a buffet as well as a la carte. Both were excellent. La Boheme had the best creme brulé we had ever had. The manager came to our table at the end and seemed sincerely interested in any constructive criticism we could offer. To be honest, there wasn't much to complain about. It was excellent. Mario, at Tentazione made the experience wonderful and the food was top notch for everyone. El Gaucho was very good with some meals being just good while others were truly excellent. This restaurant seemed to have the most variation in quality. The Chic Cabaret was an experience. The food was gourmet quality and very rich. Don't over do it with cleaning the plates of family members, your stomach won't be happy (ask me how I know). The entertainment was very intense. It is about three hours and non-stop. If you have sensitivity to flashing lights, constant loud sound, or are easily over stimulated you might want to pass on that experience. The price is reasonable for very high end food and a show. If you can find a lower price in any of their advertisements they will honour that price. The grounds are well laid out with everything in walking distance. There are golf carts running constantly, which makes getting around much easier. Taking the boat on the lake is lovely and experience all on its own. The beach is white powder sand and is great to walk on. The seaweed is minimal and cleaned daily. The only down side seems to be the onshore breeze which can get quite strong. The pool has a life of its own depending on the guests, like anywhere. At times it was quiet and relaxed and other days it became very spirited when wedding parties would arrive. TRS Coral is part of the Grand Palladium which also has Family Selection and Palladium Travel Club sections. If you are staying in any of these areas you will be made to feel special but the TRS side is best.

Awesome Butlers Resort and Servers
The Butlers were fantastic! Robin, Freddy and Eladio. I was in Building 1. Roger and Johanna and Damian the pool servers and Alex and Micheal the Pool Butlers made our stay fantastic. We will be back again for another generation time . Thanks

Great holiday stay.
Great holiday stay made extra special by the wonderful staff. To make a few. Eladio,Freddie Robin our butlers also our lovely maid Lydia in Block 1.Resturant waiter Carlos served us many times in the capricho with a smile and very attentive. Would not hesitate to return.
