    Nice hotel but service lacks polish

    Great hotel but service level sorely lacks attentiveness. Front desk staff are great as well as house keeping. Servers in restaurants seem to not understand service steps or protocol. You will sit ignored for indefinite amounts of time. Once your initial order is taken you are on your own. Not rude but disinterested and inefficient. Servers walk to one table, then turn and walk straight back to the service area, no section or table checks done on the way whatsoever. Very frustrating.

    Great hotel , even better food

    The food was absolutely fantastic , especially for a conference hotel !. Rooms ( we had a suite) were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. The staff were very attentive. Approx 15 mins taxi to centre, shuttle bus offered as well as electric cars

    Wonderful customer service received.

    I am a frequent traveller who has had the privilege of visiting many places across the world. The customer service received here is amongst the best. I travelled with my husband and two children for my birthday and could not have been happier with the service. There is a daily shuttle that takes you to town. For a little extra you can add a 'red level' service that gives you access to their lounge throughout your stay. The staff are happy and willing to help. The pool is lush and the grounds beautiful. We had a wonderful time - and highly recommend it for anyone visiting Barcelona.

    Brilliant Hotel AND Service

    Amazing hotel, the service from morning to night , from absolutely everyone was unsurpassed, top class. We were both made to feel most welcome and it made my wife's birthday extra special. We will most certainly be back! We loved everything about the hotel and the staff, it was a pleasure to stay here. On our last day, we checked out in the morning and went down to the city centre (by courtesy of the hotel daily shuffle). When we got back to the hotel in the late afternoon, we realised that a bottle of water had leaked in my wife's bag and soaked her jacket. It was only a denim jacket but immediately Jose insisted that it would be laundered and pressed, incredible service. While we waited, David gave us a tour of the magnificent gardens and outdoor pool area, followed by a glass of chilled sparkling wine. What a perfect way to end our time there, thanks to everyone!

    Excellent place

    Fantastic place, nice service and awesome room. Went on business trip, and got a suite on the 10th floor. Very overwhelming for a one person trip. VIP lounge was nice, and breakfast was excellent. Unfortunately it is quite some distance to the center.
