Loved it. We will be back.
Excellent themed hotel. It is situated within walking distance of the city centre. An excellent public transport system tskes you there in minutes and runs until late. The history of the place is real and very well presented in both the building and by the very friendly staff. Room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Loved the dressing gowns. Also spotlessly clean. The bar is in the old main drawing room and has a great atmosphere. Breakfast is in the Wolff Grill and there is plenty of choice with set hot menu and the hot buffet. While we were there it was constantly stocked with food. One minor "quibble" is that while the hotel is busy they still accept non-guests for breakfast. Not a big issue but it does slow things down. Otherwise 10 out of 10.

Visit for food
Had clients in for lunch. They were very impressed with the hotel, its food and standard of service led by David. Very good place to take clients with a great atmosphere and will be happy to use again. Very convenient to the museum also. Thank you

Terrible Staff
Pros Stunning hotel Lovely room and amenities History is fascinating and displayed well Food and Cocktails were good David In bar was friendly, professional and looked after us (saved this from being a 2 star review) Cons The rest of the staff were surly, rude and could not care less Breakfast was average, slow service. Had to repeatedly try and catch the attention of a waitress who barked at us “I’ll be with you shortly ok?” With no smile and then did not return to take our order Contracted Norovirus 36 hours after leaving (possibly not hotels fault but worth a mention) Upon leaving when asked how the stay was we replied “not as good as last time” to which the reply was “oh sorry” not interested in feedback. There is a clear lack of leadership in the restaurant and bar, a hotel full of unhappy and stressed staff. We will not be back

A Perfect end to a Titanic experience
After the Titanic tour, I decided to check out Titanic Hotel based on a recommendation from my cab driver, and I’m so glad I did! The hotel’s bar is a fantastic spot to unwind, especially after visiting the exhibition; it's just across the road. It’s set in the former Drawing Offices of Harland & Wolff, the shipbuilders behind the Titanic, which adds a cool historical touch. The waiter was incredibly friendly and found me a comfortable spot on a velvet bench chair. The hotel and bar itself is beautifully designed – a perfect blend of art deco charm and modern elegance. I enjoyed a drink and a burger, both of which were excellent. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I’d definitely recommend it as a great place to relax after exploring Titanic Belfast!

The wow factor all round
Absolutely fabulous stay. Amazing building. Very friendly attentive staff. Great food. Went for a special occasion, and it really was special. I would certainly stay again. Although not particularly central, we walked into the city and there is also a regular bus service.
