    Relaxation and discretion

    really a surprise! the kindness, cleanliness and foresight of the staff, make this location special! they made me a very welcome upgrade of their sponte, and I really appreciated it! because of a public transport strike, the staff immediately took steps to suggest the most convenient solution for me!

    Exceptional stay in Milan

    My husband and I stayed here during our Milan trip before heading to Como. The hotel is historic and close to a subway stop so it is easy to get around, and is not far from Milano Centrale. The room was beautiful and large with a very comfortable bed and pillows. Clarissa at the front desk was amazing and made our stay feel so personalized. The breakfast was one of the best we had during our 2 week Italy vacation and the staff went out of their way to recognize my loyalty status. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

    Positively Delightful!

    This location fully acknowledges Marriott Status! I received an exceptional upgrade to an executive suite which included an in-suite sauna! I received exceptional service from Clarissa at the front desk when checking in and when checking out. She helped me find the correct website to purchase a Swiss Vignette for my rental car. This hotel is in a wonderful place for tourists who want to be walking distance from major tourist attractions such at the Duomo and the Galeria Vittoria. I had one of the best pastas of my life around the corner at a restaurant that was easy walking distance from the hotel! If I revisit Milan, I will for sure stay here again!

    BEST Hotel & Staff EVER!

    An amazing hotel and top class service! From the cleanliness of the room, to the amazing bar and restaurant, there were ZERO complaints or room for improvement at The Westin Palace, Milan! The staff were exceptionally helpful and went over and above their duties to ensure comfort for my family & I throughout. When we left the hotel for Rome, after 2 hours on the train, I realised I had forgotten a very special item in the hotel room which was critical to us. After much panic of phone calls, Mr. Riccardo Arnaldi (Head Concierge) came up with a plan which included arranging one of his colleagues (Andrea, who was on a day off) to travel to Rome with this item! I was VERY pleased at the efforts he made, including Andrea, Alexandra, Sara, Judith & Silvia in housekeeping who also noted that there was a clothing item we had also forgotten! I will be returning to Milan this summer and will not stay at any other hotel! Any thanks again to all for such a FANTASTIC experience & service!
