    Good hotel - can do better

    The hotel is good, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Jayson. It would be great, if the room was clean and the furniture repaired. And also have room service, My mom was not well and it was very difficult to go down and get something to eat every time, especially at night as no option. The area is a bit isolated and has no food /restaurant at odd hours, so hotel should have a small night menu as in many hotels. Westin is a good brand .. so the hotel should maintain a strong hotel brand strategy in the competitive hospitality market, hotels should focus on consistently delivering a unique, high-quality.

    A Unexpected Stay: Great Service After a VRBO Nightmare

    We have stayed here before, and I previously wrote an extensive review on Google Maps. This time, we’re back with our dog. The room is clean with no dog smell, and the staff has been very accommodating. We booked this hotel on a whim after a surprise nightmare with our VRBO, needing a place to stay for two nights until our next rental becomes available. Our bellhop, Jorge, was incredibly helpful, friendly, and had a calm demeanor—something we truly appreciated after our stressful VRBO experience. Make sure to tip Jorge well; he’s a very nice young man. There’s a designated dog area by the parking lot for pets to do their business, which is convenient. Staying at a hotel with our dog wasn’t part of our original plan, but travel comes with surprises—this time, in the form of a VRBO nightmare.

    An amazing experience

    This is my go to hotel I highly recommend. The Westin is super clean and have amazing staff members …. Checking in was smooth and fast!!! The bellman named George was extremely friendly and helpful with my bags!!! They also have a nice restaurant with REALLY good food. Comfy beds and nice rooms!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

    Thank you for such an amazing experience!

    This is a wonderful hotel with incredible staff. Nicole and Jaylyn at the front desk will make you feel special as they welcome you with extraordinary customer service. Georgeta and Antonio provide a upbeat genuine breakfast experience I have not found at any of the other 17 hotels I have frequented during 2024. The heated pool is very well maintained and offers a place to escape and relax especially if you travel for business.

    Fantastic stay at Westin every year for last 7 years

    Amazing experience at this hotel for last 7 years during 7 stays here. Entire staff is friendly. Rooms are awesome with a nice view from the top. Fantastic service by Antonio from the breakfast area for so many years. I would recommend this hotel to others.
