The Staff Make the Experience
Monica alone is worth this 5 star review! She took care of us at the restaurant and the coffee bar and she was polite, professional, and also very engaging an fun. Stellar employee that deserves to be celebrated! Otherwise the food was surprisingly tasty and we ate 3 full meals between the restaurant/bar and breakfast.

Nice staff
The cleaning staff was very nice and helpful, especially ms Toussaint. The hot tub was also nice and toasty! The front desk staff was helpful and even got my favorite tea for me. The gym was well equipped and even had a massage gun. In spite of being very busy with a conference the staff was nice.

Incredible PET FRIENDLY experience!! - Ft Lauderdale, Westin Hotel
We selected this Westin location during our evacuation during Hurricane Milton. The primary reason for this locations choice was that it was "Pet Friendly". The amazing result was that it was the most Pet Friendly hotel location I had ever experienced. Min. charge per pet regardless of the duration of your stay. The ability to bring your pet almost anywhere in the hotel, or on the property. The staff ALL greeted our Rousey with open arms. So it is a highly recommended location for Pet Owners. I also want to complement the hotel staff at the Breakfast buffet. The Starbucks. And at the front desk. The front desk staff; Ashira and Gabby exemplified "Customer Care" at every interaction. Overall, this hotel is a 5 Star, must stay, Ft Lauderdale location. Our many thanks to the entire leadership team, and their supporting staff. Well Done!!

Compotent and friendly assistance!
I had to cancel a stay last minute and Michelle F. was very helpful in assisting me with rebooking my reservation. She was considerate, friendly and professional. She definitely is an asset for the Westin. She also helped with storing my belongings while attending an event at the hotel.
