    Be very careful, they tried to way over charge us!

    This was our second stay at the Westin and never again! We booked 2 king rooms and received a VERY small queen room and a king. The carpets were dirty and stained, the walls were stained with black soot, and were just dirty! When I asked for different rooms I was told that they were fully booked, with no offer of compensation. When we checked out, they tried to charge us 2800 Euros over what our booking was! Luckily I had printed out my booking and taken with me. When I showed Ginerva at the front desk, she immediately backed out the charges. Wow!

    April in Rome

    I can't remember the last time I left a hotel review but I wanted to write what an amazing experience that my wife, her sisters, and her mother had at the Westin. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make the time in Rome special. The service and hotel facilities were excellent. As a Marriott Ambassador, I was above satisfied with how they took care of my wife and her family. Thank you Westin and look forward to our return visit.

    Outstanding stay!

    This hotel is grand. The rooms are large and comfortable, the location is convenient to the metro and the staff is very professional. Although there are many restaurants within walking distance, be sure to have breakfast or dinner in the restaurant. The breakfast buffet is excellent and dinner was tasty. The lobby and bar are great places to relax and enjoy the live music.

    Great Stay

    We were very happy with our stay at The Westin. The hotel is beautiful and we really enjoyed our balcony and the view. We were able to easily walk everywhere we wanted to go. The front desk and doormen were always very helpful. Lots of fresh choices on the breakfast buffet and of course my pastries I love. Always right at our door when we picked up the phone for coffee or ice. Would choose The Westin again in Rome.

    Thank you to The Westin Excelsior, Rome

    My son and I recently had the great pleasure of a further stay at The Westin Excelsior, Rome. Once again, it was an incredible experience in every way. The hotel is beautiful. The reception, the restaurant and café with its fantastic food, the stunning bar and lounge area with the gentleman playing the piano and singing, and all the staff in the hotel with their first-class customer service, are all amazing. I am sad to leave this wonderful hotel and always hoping to return.
