I can’t say anything negative about the Westin Cozumel. Everything about our stay was great, the staff is amazing Edwardo was very fair and professional in handling any guest issues. Osvaldo, Alex and Vicky are so eager to help at the pool area restaurant. Cannot stress enough how impressive the staff was. This place has the best food I’ve ever had with the all inclusive option, typically all inclusive is nasty buffet food. Here you order off the menu for lunch and dinner. Breakfast is a buffet but fantastic with a custom omelette station. Drinks were all cold and very strong if that’s what you want. The building and rooms are very clean, I’m not sure what “updating” some of the reviews are suggesting that the hotel needs. Air conditioning works very well in the rooms and our WiFi was fine. Snorkeling on the beach was wonderful, saw many fish, rays, skates and at night saw so many squid. The only thing I didn’t like about the location was the dive shop, “pro divers,” they were expensive and require you to deal with the taxi service to get to a resort on the south side of the island for diving. If you book with Pro divers you will be on a boat with 18-20 divers, but this has nothing to do with the hotel. If you plan to go diving check with, “Dive Palancar,” they take small groups and have a great diver to divemaster ratio. Hotel Westin was perfect!

The Weston Cozumel massage by Gillian
Amazing massage therapy! Carefully worked each muscle group, especially neck and shoulders where I needed it most. Best massage I’ve had, and I’ve had quite a number. Gillian is an expert, and I would love to have her again. She is really incredibly sensitive to the anatomy and very strong

100/10 - A PHENOMENAL Experience
I am shocked. I had the most incredible massage and spa experience. Guilian is incredible and so talented. Truly loved her massage and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 100/10. A must when in Cozumel. I will never forget this massage. WOW! Thank you Guilian!

Cozumel Westin Massage
Ruth was an awesome masseuse! I got the heavenly massage (I think that's what it's called) and now I'm very relaxed. They also have a sauna and cold plunge! Definitely a good way to start the day. If you do plan on getting a massage, I recommend here

59 Birthday getaway
We absolutely loved this place. The view from our balcony was awesome All the staff were nice, friendly and went beyond the expectations. Thank you all. You’re great ppl. Especially Gaviotas staff. Margarita our star waitress, also Jorge, Sergio and Oscar. Belen was nice. Paloma is great and excellent hostess Reyes in the front desk is great! Manual from the snack bar was super THE BEST! The chefs from both restaurants are amazing FOOD WAS DELICIOUS we definitely recommend Westin and we’ll come back!
