Checked out with Lina today, who doesn’t care about the guest experience and never asked anyway.. Sub par standard stay for $300+ for one midweek night. Multiple stains on couch in the room, stained hallway, breakfast was barely average; stale croissants, stale cereal and cold (hot) food. Pool was nice. Wouldn’t stay again and encourage others to look elsewhere.

Apr 21, 2025What a nice venue for Brisbane room was so quiet.
We went to Brisbane to celebrate our anniversary with family we had a slight hiccup to start Michelle at reception rectified that very fast, but what really stood out was the staff they were very professional, attentive and went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Keira in the Club lounge was very helpful and the service was great? We really appreciated the bottle of wine and plate for our anniversary.

Friendly staff, great service.
Everything about this stay was great! Great location, friendly staff, large room and great club Lounge. Super comfortable bed with great pillows! Spacious bathroom with a strong powerful shower. Evening drinks and canapes in the Executive Lounge were relaxed and stress free...no children after 6pm. This hotel is definitely worth checking out. 10/10

Lovely spotless room with very clean bathroom. Great rainfall shower head and Heavenly comfortable bed and pillows. (Towels too.) Great location with river and shops in easy walking distance. Super friendly and helpful staff. The hotel phone in my room only worked with the speaker function as the headset refused to charge. Fortunately the hotel was extremely responsive and helpful through the text chat function available in the Bonvoy app. The view from my room was, well… buildings. Tall buildings. Quick one night stay here for business however I look forward to staying here again someday.

Great stay
From being able to check in 2 hours early to checking out everything was seamless. We were pleasantly surprised with a room credit and 2 drink vouchers. Rooms were clean and functional and king size bed amazing ....the pool was too crowded and noisy to be enjoyable abd i think they rent space at the pool to the public ....location is great -can walk everywhere...we will be back .
