    Would return!

    I wanted to do something special for my husband’s birthday. When I called the concierge a month before our trip. I spoke to someone named Kawi( apologies if I misspelled their name). She offered to include a complementary bottle of champagne. In addition, I had some balloons sent to the hotel to decorate the room and the gentleman and women at the front desk were kind enough to place them in the room discretely before check in. They were very kind and communicative. Thank you to the staff for helping me plan this surprise! This hotel is budget friendly and in a great location. Walking distance from many of the main attractions near by. We would like to return in the future!

    Charming, excellent service! Will definitely return!

    Excellent stay! We should have stayed longer! They accommodated an upgrade to a two bedroom suite - so charming! Lots of open air spaces and outdoor areas. They are also dog friendly! We had a wonderful meal at Mahina and Sun’s on-site - incredible Ahi! Don’t miss Arvo for coffee downstairs + locally designed sweatshirts at Honolulu Pawnshop!

    Very friendly staff and good size room

    Spacious and comfortable room with very friendly staff. We can ask a question about early check in or late check out and when they have an answer, another staff will call with the answer. I didn't have to call back. Nice to see them communicating so well with each other. The shower was so hot and flowed so good, I wanted to stay in it forever. I don't usually spend a lot of time in the shower, but when you go to hotels, they often trickle out and sometime don't drain well. I loved this shower. This was the first time we took our dog to a hotel and it was very comfortable relaxing in the room. Hardly heard any barks from any other room and even the traffic noise was very minimal. I slept well at night in the nice big king size bed. Overall, I think it is a great room at a good price, especially for kamaaina.

    A lovely place especially if you like loud music

    We loved the friendliness, the location, the dinner we had there. We weren't so crazy about the nearly constant crappy music piped through lobby and public spaces. When I was enjoying the morning scene in open air lobby as coffee was being produced for guests, the friendly feeling, the twittering birds, the ambience- boom-at 7 am the music would go on and loudly. Yes, it helps create a feeling that this is where the action is but it also creates the feeling that I would like to re locate to a quiet place

    Great stay

    Loved the laid back vibe of this hotel. It didn't feel crowded and it was so nice to listen to the chill music and lounge by the pool. Location was fantastic. Close to the main Waikiki strip and right across the street from the public bus stop which was very convenient.
