    Don’t make it but loved the customer service!

    Sadly. We weren’t able to make our trip and stay because we had a family medical emergency but I had to write to say how accommodating and kind the reservation people were with both booking and having to cancel. Can’t wait to get there soon and try again !

    SurfsUp at the SurfJack

    We stayed at the SurfJack for one night for our anniversary. This was our first time staying at this hotel and I have got to say it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is an apartment building that underwent a renovation. It's a groovy hotel. We were so fortunate and grateful to Shepherd for upgrading our room. It made the experience truly exceptional and we felt very taken care of. The staff were very friendly and overall it had a great vibe. I just wish we had more time to spend at the hotel. Keep in mind it is an older building and won't feel as glitzy as a 5 star hotel. Don't expect that. The lobby also had a water refill station and complimentary tea and coffee in the morning. Great location as well.

    Definitely will come back

    My wife and I stayed for a week at the Surf jack hotel first time ever .We received amazing clean room,all the hotel staff are very professional,great location ..walking distance to all the restaurants and and attractions..parking is only $10.00 per night ..defiantly will come back.

    Can’t wait to go back!

    The staff was the best and made the experience that much better. Especially the night shift as we didn’t check in until 8pm. Super friendly and accommodating. Made you feel like you were staying at a friends. Room was clean, loved that there were so many dogs staying there as well.

    Amazing accommodations for your furbaby

    This was our first time doing a staycation with our pup Waffle and the Surfjack made it absolutely amazing!!! Their restaurant Mahina and Sons also has a pet friendly seating area and the staff promptly offered water for Waffle...they even treated him to a pup cup at the end of dinner for being such a good boy. There is also a small park just 200m down Kūhiō perfect for walking your pup on potty breaks. We will definitely be staying again in the near future!!
