Everybody I deal with at this hotel is fabulous! The service is wonderful! Especially want to shout out Enjoli Musgrove at VIP service desk for her exceptional treatment of my family while we were on vacation. Also all the women at Plato's are over and above the level of excellence for good service. Very friendly and professional, but they have very good hearts and are very caring.

My son aged 22 and myself enjoyed a week long beautiful trip together! Stayed at the Royal, Harbour view room, 9th floor, clean, renovated room! Perfect! Early check in by 12 and late checkout of 12! Beautiful beaches, pools, amenities, huge outdoor basketball court beside fitness centre and outdoor lap pool all beside each other! Restaurant favourites: Carmines, huge sharing plates! Excellent Italian food! Shake Shack: Awesome huge Paradise Crunch Salad, good for sharing, awesome burgers and tropical drinks! Starbucks at Marina Village, very convenient! Marina Pizzeria: Good pizza, excellent Jerk Chicken Wings, good prices! Silan; Pricey, but high quality food with amazing service! Fresh baked hot Pita was so good! Crab Mac N Cheese, highly recommend! I honestly don’t understand some of the negative reviews, other than some expensive areas, such as overpriced waters.. We stopped at grocery store on way in, and bought a case of water and snacks.. Taxi driver was very accommodating!

We had two adjoining rooms at the Royal. Our rooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious. The housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful. The Royal is convenient to the water park, beach, pools, and eateries. The Dig aquarium is right at the Royal. Good Lies mini golf is right outside the Royal.

Amazing Encounter at The Royal
Jamie and April are the greatest at guest servics at the Royal. They accomodated me with my room reservation . Jamie also helped me at tge last mintue with two amazing experience. You must ask for them at the lobby. You will not be disappointed!

Great experience for first time traveler to Bahamas.
Satisfied as it was all that was promised. Many options for rooms, for restaurants and activities. The aquarium was our main activity, and we enjoyed as the best we have ever seen. Wish we could have afforded the Dolphin experience but too pricey for our budget. Maybe next time.
