Located in the Royal Towers, and viewable from the lower level of the Great Hall of Waters, the Ruins Lagoon, filled with ancient Atlantis artifacts, is home to over 20,000 deep reef and pelagic fish. These open-water fish include a variety of tuna, jacks, snappers and spiny lobster. The 2.7 million-gallon exhibits allow for the magnificent display of certain species of fish that are normally impossible or very difficult to view without getting wet.

we just like the beach and the aqua venture Park, half of the staff were very friendly and courteous, but rest of the half were rude. There was a strange smell coming in the bathroom since we walked in, never could figure out unless its the water they recycle in toilets.. during this time of year wait times were very reasonable at the water activities and beach was minimally, crowded, which made it very enjoyable

I love Atlantis! Everyone is always super nice and I love playing in the casino! Rooms are so nice. Food was delicious . I have a wonderful host, Audrey, that always takes great care of me. Waterpark is fun! Beach is nice. Couldn’t ask for a better place

Not Chill.
It's a beautiful, mammoth hotel with winding paths, marine life and plenty of pools and beaches. But - if you don't like process i.e. long lines for everything - this is not the place for you. Even at 8am - there are long lines for towels, Starbucks, Patisserie, and elevators. You need to get up early to reserve your pool chairs. You also need to reserve any sit-down restaurants days in advance. It's not so much paradise as a little crazy. Not chill.

Overall it was a good trip. There were multiple hick ups along the way. I'm not saying I will not return, it is just that I am disappointed on how i was treated on a few things. ( clogged sink, toilet, sand in the hallways for days- never vacuumed, towels in the hallways from other guests not picked up in the hallway (all day),all the mens room toilets on casino floor clogged (( near the crystal statue)) and could not be flushed for over 24 hrs but were not shut down and could small the waste when you walked into the crystal hallway area, the comp syst. that is used was not enough im my thoughts to take care of the client for a return trip, dinner salad tasted bad - we sent it back and they did not take it off the bill after telling the server.

Highly recommend
Wonderful resort - had something for everyone. Well trained staff, clean property and beautiful grounds. Kids love the slides and rides. The youngest loved the splash pad area while the older ones chatted about the ride with the sharks. Will return with my family of 5.
