    BLT Steak at the Ritz-Carlton, San Juan offers refined steakhouse dining, the coziness of a French bistro and sleek, modern décor.  Savor our signature warm popovers, along with specially selected steaks, fresh seafood and satisfying sides.  Weekly blackboard specials highlight seasonal flavors and local ingredients. 

    Dinner is served daily 6pm to 11pm.  Extensive wine list of more than 400 bottles.

    Savor a taste of Italy in the Caribbean as you dine in the elegant, old-world atmosphere of Il Mulino New York and linger over the vibrant flavors inspired by the cuisine of Italy's Abruzzi region.  Open for dinner.
  • Mares
    Forged and inspired by the natural abundance of tropical life, Mares is a casual dining destination offering a range of the Atlantic and Caribbean's finest cuisine.  Indoor dining or al fresco overlooking the pool and gardens, Monday to Sunday.  Open for breakfast and lunch.  Sushi menu served daily from 5pm to 10pm. 
  • The Lobby Lounge

    Menu is designed to allow the sampling of many flavors through tapas style food portions and beverage flights including martinis, wines and rums.

  • The Ocean Bar and Grill

    Beachfront with direct access to beach and pool.  Open for lunch and early dinner. Casual attire.

    Amazing night!

    Excellent food, lovely wine and the best service! Shout out to Pradeep who was a wonderul host! Definitey recommend the tiramisu and the seafood pasta. Went on Thursday for the pizza pasta night! Amazing!

    Ritz Carlton San Juan Rocks!!!

    Family and I stayed here prior to the devastating hurricanes that damaged so much of the beautiful island of Puerto Rico. Service was impeccable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Amenities were extraordinary. Definitely a place to revisit to be pampered and treated like royalty. After major renovations I believe this hotel is set to reopen in October 2018. We returned to Puerto Rico for vacation in July 2018 and they were still working on this property so we had to stay at a comparable hotel nearby. Can’t wait to return and enjoy ourselves again.

    Not up to Ritz standards but very nice

    I've stayed at a handful of Ritz Carlton locations, this location is very beautiful but not up to Ritz standards in my opinion.. Compared to the service Grand Cayman, Aruba and Cancun this place doesn't meet up to their standards, but it is a nice property.

    AMAZING PROPERTY

    We had a Family Reunion celebrating my father's 88th Birthday. The rooms and service was great and we loved BLT Restaurant. The pool was great but the ocean rocky and not like the Caribbean sea in the US VI

    WE HAD A GREAT STAY

    We had a week long stay and because I am a creature comfort person i was satisfied they did not disappoint;we shopped at Tiffany’s little Switzerland And the sales representative where so gracious and kind it was very clean I loved the beach front the guests where pleasent and friendly the choice of activities was pretty decent and our room was comfortable only thing I would do differently is book a balcony WARTER front view. I can’t wait till it’s up and running again. HENRY AND TYLEAH JOSEPH 🤗😍🙌🏽
