The server, Ana Michel, at Flora was amazing. Very friendly, attentive, and helpful with the menu. The food was also the best at Flora. I would recommend others to make reservations here if they can. The ambience is earthy and tropical at the same time, along with a very soothing atmosphere with the music and lighting.

Hermoso destino en punta cana un servicio excepcional en la piscina 90 grados Paradisus palma real con Leticia,Raisa y Olga son las mejores si van a este hotel no duden en preguntar por ellas y buscarlas, gracias mil de corazón 🥰😍😍😍😍😍😍😍

Excelente Resort em Punta Cana
Gostei bastante da minha semana de hospedagem no Paradisus Palma Real. O resort é muito bem cuidado, com muitas piscinas, bons restaurantes e a equipe foi sempre cordial nos atendimentos, principalmente a atendente Carolina do bar ao lado da recepção. O quarto era excepcional, com itens de alta qualidade, conforto e um ar condicionado que funciona perfeitamente. Voltaria a me hospedar no Paradisus no futuro.

Just what we needed...
What a perfect anniversary trip with my wife! The staff at the PARADISUS was amazing. Cristian Gonzalez was awesome and made our stay very special. He took care of reservations, helping us every step of the way. They even made up our room with rose petals, champagne, and a beautiful dessert for our special day! The beach is incredible and our guy, Rafiel made sure that we had drinks, a great double bed (one in the sun and the other under the shade, and everything else! I can not tell you how impressed we were with the Reserve. The food was fantastic and the service just as good. We will be back I can promise you that... Charles and Gia.

service and food and amenities are tops
great place - clean, staff are friendly and very helpful and accommodating, the place is spacious and never feels crowded, food and service are great
