I love Atlantis
The best place in the Bahamas is Atlantis! The reef is just as nice as the cove and you have a Starbucks in your lobby!! Always a must to take a cabana and for the best and I mean THE BEST you ask for ANTON to be the one to take care of you! He is by far the best there is, you will thank me after just meeting him. Trust me!

Pools -Casino were great -- food terrible -- room ok the view was to look over the gardens-- looked at roof top
food was not good-- at any of the restaurants-- especially the expensive ones pools were fine and the activity options were great for all ages. beaches were clean and clear. casino folks were helpful and accommodating overall a little disappointing with the amount of money I paid for the entire family to go

Indulge yourself...go all in!
Very nice location. Incredible beaches with white sand and turquoise water. Had a huge Suite with incredible ocean view from very large balcony. Very pricey but you should not be surprised and annoyed by it if you plan ahead and accept the cost of being there. So indulge yourself and eat out at the best restaurants...The Dunes...Carmines...and on top of all Café Martinique!

A wonderful hotel with great people!
Atlantis is a magnificent resort, much much more than a group of hotels and made particularly special by the amazing team of staff. In my x years of traveling the world I i don’t think I have ever encountered a group of such dedicated, friendly people. A special shout out to the Reef door team who went above and beyond. Also to one of the shuttle drivers, Peter and his love of vintage British comedy We were initially disappointed with our dark room, but were pleasantly surprised , when having commented on this in our arrival survey an assistant manager called us to apologize for not being able to move us. As part of this discussion we secured a complimentary 3 hour late check out, normally costing $300+, so this turned out to be a really positive experience. Our only issue and preventing a 5 star review was the internet service which wasn’t resort wide without committing to a $10 a day charge….consequently we didn’t have internet service outside the Reef which was restrictive and frustrating.

Great Service, But Falling Short on Cleanliness and Value
Our experience at Atlantis was a mix of highs and lows. The staff was truly incredible, the highlight of our stay, offering warm hospitality and making a fantastic first impression. Check-in was seamless, and our room was ready early, which was a great start. Booking directly with the resort was also a smooth process, thanks to the kind and helpful staff. However, several aspects of our stay were disappointing. The pools were often dirty, with band-aids, sand, and leaves floating around, something we never expected from Atlantis. Many attractions in the Power Tower were closed, and the conveyor that usually takes guests up wasn’t working, forcing us to walk up poorly maintained, foul-smelling stairs. The food was decent but overpriced, making it hard to justify the cost, and to top it off, I ended up with food poisoning from Poseidon’s Table, spending Valentine’s Day in the hospital instead of with my wife. Atlantis has so much potential, but certain areas need serious attention. Adding more accessible retail stores like Zara, Bershka, or Pull & Bear would be a game-changer, after all, not everyone is shopping at Cartier. Overall, while we appreciated the exceptional service, the resort needs to step up its game in cleanliness, maintenance, and value for money.
