My room wasn't ready even though I had confirmation for early checkin. Some dishware still had food on it. Coffee maker was dirty and not working. Everything was way overpriced. Staff was in general rude and their work ethic was mediocre or non existent. Your mandatory gratuity charge is unacceptable. Not at any point did you ever earn it. The atlantis and the bahamas is a waste of space. I changed my flight and left 2 days earlier because it was so bad. I am never returning to the atlantis or the bahamas!

This was one of the best beach vacations my wife and I have ever had (and we have travelled extensively). It was better than advertised in every respect. The food quality was superb. We primarily had room service given the difficulty in getting restaurant reservations (spring break). This was not a compromise as the food quality was equally good and the service was excellent. The 1 bedroom + living + kitchen room was spacious, clean and well appointed. The master bedroom & bathroom was large and somewhat luxurious. The only complaint was the quality of the hide a bed mattress - very uncomfortable. Not so sure anything can be done here however an improvement would be greatly appreciated. The grounds were very clean and spacious (especially noteworthy given spring break).

Going back next year !
Atlantis had something for everyone in the family! Beautiful beaches. Amazing food! Fun waterpark. Whether you want to relax on the white sand beaches or spend the day doing waterslides - they have it! We also loved Marina village and the Dig for other activities. The rooms were clean, views were beautiful, friendly staff. We will be back!

Spectacular 5 star vacation - there is so much to do at Atlantis and it is fun for everyone!
This place was spectacular! The property is massive and can seem a bit overwhelming at first but once you get acquainted you can figure your way around. The shuttles were very convenient. Atlantis is fun for all ages and there is something for everyone to do! Our kids loved the water park and arcade. We loved the quite secluded beach by the cove and we did snorkelling there. We also loved the beach at the Royal, it was lively and had lots of waves! Lots of places to eat, we ate at Bimini Road and Marina Pizza. For lunch Shake Shack, Field Trip and all the places around the resort were very convenient. For Fine dining we enjoyed Silan, Chopstix, NOBU, FISH by Andres and Paranza. The casino was also very lively and fun for adults at night while kids played at the arcade. The waterpark and river rapids were a blast - fun for all ages! The resort was extremely clean and well maintained. We went during March break / Spring break and did not find the place to be too busy or any lines for lunch/ dinner nor did we have any trouble finding lounge chairs by the beach or the pool. All in all we had a 5 star experience and could not have asked for more and will definitely be returning here!

The room was clean every day Great housekeeping Beaches were nice food stands outdoors was very good The drinks were also very very good I have nothing more to say Check in was not adequate Don’t ask for request if you going to ignore them Thanks
