    Worth the price

Although the resort is a little outdated, I will say that is the I my reason I don’t give it 5 ⭐️. Other than that we were super happy with the resort. As a girls getaway we felt completely safe, all the guests were well mannered, even the kids. The pools stayed open til 8(other resorts we’ve stayed at in Mexico closed much earlier). There was always some sort of entertainment every night. This is a great resort for adults and families. Probably not ideal for young adults wanting a party experience, I feel like that’s a lot of the poor reviews I’ve seen. For the $ I recommend this resort. Not sure if the pyramid is worth it, we don’t do the upgrade but we’re satisfied with the basic package. The staff was super friendly and I have no complaints!!

    LOUSY!!!

THE HOTEL IS GREAT A 2 star Hotel It's worth nothing you pay If you are a young person who wants to get drunk with cheap alcohol come to this hotel, if you are one of the families who like to be treated badly always come to this hotel. I would never come or give away the stay again It's horrible!!! Employees are doing you a favor in serving you. Everything is very ordinary The old rooms It's half expensive and the truth is absolutely worthless Listen to me and don't think about coming to this hotel I tell you it's lousy and I've come to several hotels: beach palace, moon palace, hard rock, grand park royal, le blanck and many more This is lousy of the lousy I can't describe how bad it is in every respect Nothing to rescue I'm writing this at the hotel, because there's nothing better to do It's all annoying. If you are one of those who likes a holiday, to eat well, drink well and be taken care of well DON'T COME TO THIS HOTEL LOUSY IN EVERYTHING I don't know what else to write so you don't see more people, who see your face all over As I mentioned at the beginning: If you are a slimy boy good for nothing...YES, COME TO THIS HOTEL, YOU DESERVE IT

Don’t go. Zero night life. Up selling like crazy.

Im 5 days into a 7 day vacation and currently at the resort. Probably one of the worst all inclusive hotels I have been to and wish I would have done way more research about the place. The rooms and grounds are clean, the food is okay and staff are mostly friendly. As others have said, if you want to have access to most of the resort you have to be a Pyramid guest or they nickel and dim you. If you want to come to this resort don’t book Grand Oasis, book Pyramid. If you are the type to hang around the pools and get drinks, expect to wait 30+ minutes in line for drinks. There is little to no shady spots available around the pools or beach. When i booked in, we were left to figure out the place on our own so make sure you download their app and ask lots of questions. There is lots of “staff” around but they are all selling trips, etc sometimes it feels like there is more staff selling crap than there is guests. 95% of the other patrons are Spanish speakers. No big deal just good for you to know. There is zero night life at this resort. You will want to leave the resort to do anything fun in the evening. There is “entertainment” in the evening but nothing to dance to and kind of boring They have live bands playing, most of it’s pretty slow and not very engaging. If I could advise Air Canada Vacations to do one thing. It’s to remove this resort from their catalog for a while.

I do not recommend the Grand Oasis Cancun

Cold food. They don't clean the room Scrub empty. They don't change the towels in the room. The buffet puts yesterday's meal (which was not finished). Check-in is very late. Dial-ins to reception to request a service and do not respond. You can't go into all restaurants because you're not considered a member.
