Also offering a spectacular view of the ocean, the anticipated new multi-pool complex, situated on the cliff side of the property offers three pools featuring cascading waterfalls and infinity edges. We became fractional owners at the Crane in 2001 and have visited most, if not every, year since then. We felt the resort had been under-delivering in recent years, but we arrived to find a fantastic refurbishment of our building and a clear improvement in standards. The staff have always been excellent, but the general experience and, not least, the quality delivered by the restaurants and bars are much to be applauded. It felt like The Crane of old. Newish CEO Andy Stone and his team are to be congratulated, and I know they plan to continue restoring this resort to its premier status.

Experience at Crane Resort 2025
Amazing service, beautiful resort and the most friendliest team. Lejai is the individual who checked us in and was amazing with sharing everything we needed to know considering this was our first time here. I would recommend this property for anyone wanting to stay in Barbados. It's away from most places but it's private with tons of food options on property. The team here help with taxi pick up and drop off at the airport and anything else needed to make your trip as stress free as possible.

I love coming to The Crane, I’ve been coming for years. I feel safe while there, the staff make sure you are enjoying yourself and if you need anything- they help out. Oneca helped me out on checkout when I needed help with a late checkout. I truly appreciated her understanding and it topped off a spectacular vacation.

The Crane in Barbados - Hilton Vacation Club
The Hilton Vacation Club at the Crane was excellent. The front desk with Karen and the staff were great. Grantley (Bellman) was great. He saw we had to 2 couples and before we asked he had housekeeping making the 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom into a king bed. He was great. All the restaurants were great and Lionna was great at 1887 Bar and Grill. They had music every evening in the common area. I would highly recommend the Crane for a vacation!

Couples trip to Barbados. Top Notch and excellent service
Just got back home and this resort was top notch. We had invited another couple with us and it was so so much fun. We had " Chester" as our go to for travel to anywhere we wanted to go. Chester took us on an awesome Island tour. He took us to places that lots of other taxi services would never show you. We we shown his secret little places. Of course he also took us to other places as well. Again we would highly recommend CHESTER. He loves his island. We also want to recommend Donna who is the " lobby Ambassador" She was there anytime that you needed assistance in anyway possible. We also were very pleased with Joan as she was our go to person for our HGV vacation. She had made our room into what she herself had suggested for us and our friends arrived. It was also my husband's birthday and she sent over a chocolate decorated cupcake. Again highly recommend this resort. We had the 2 bedroom deluxe garden with a pool and a gazebo with a lush tropical surround. It was perfect for us.
