May 06, 2025Excellent room attendant and everything else at The Crane.
My husband and I never write reviews..but we had to with our stay at The Crane resort in Barbados. We are both in our 70’s and travel a lot. This was a fabulous resort and what made it even better was our room attendant. Her name was JoAnne and she went above and beyond her responsibilities. We give her a 12/10!! SHE WAS EXCEPTIONAL. Following our week here we went on 2 Caribbean cruises and then spent another week at The Bougainvilla Resort…it was fine…but cannot compare to The Crane. The Bougainvilla was the same price but in no way is equal to The Crane. As well…all restaurants at The Crane, there are 4….were amazing. Will highly recommend The Crane. Can’t wait to go back.

Our Favourite Trip
Beautiful property. Beautiful rooms. Beautiful people. Oneca, Diana, all the ladies in the concierge were amazing. To be honest we didn’t have a negative experience with anyone at The Crane. Genuinely kind and welcoming. Everything is clean and in good repair. Stunning location. We are recommending The Crane to everyone! Had the adult pool to ourselves at times. Food was OUTSTANDING and the entertainment/vendors were delightful!

Excellent and comfortable stay
It was a seamless check in and check out. The hotel staff are extremely mannerly and helpful. My room was very comfortable with all amenities working perfectly. The food at L'Azure restaurant was excellent! The breakfast at L'Azure restaurant was excellent catering to all types of request with vegan options.

Well worth the Trip!
The Crane Barbados is an exquisite Resort! Well maintained and beautiful. All of the staff are efficient and majorly friendly. I was most impressed by all the different foliages and plants and the pools - out of this world! The relaxing quiet atmosphere is a nice draw too. Nightly local entertainment in the Village Square was cool. The resort layout is very walkable yet all inclusive with nature, beaches, restaurants and shops. Loved our stay.

Just arrived at The Crane. Up this morning at 3.30am for my Virgin Atlantic flight which was 5*. Arrived at The Crane at 1.30pm lunch time hot and tired to be told room available from 4pm. I had emailed 6 weeks prior to request a ground floor room due to mobility issues. I was allocated a room on the 3rd floor, Currently waiting in reception - 1 hour so far - no communication - poorest check in I have ever experienced. Not a positive experience so far!
