Mar 30, 2025Gorgeous view, friendly staff, wonderful stay
We absolutely loved our stay at the Cape. I could spend the entire day sitting by pool and staring at the view. The staff was kind and helpful. A special shout out to Joanna at the concierge-she was so friendly and made us feel instantly comfortable. Also, Carlos at the breakfast buffet was engaging and attentive-he was a bright spot in our mornings! We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing vacation.

The Cape exceeds our expectation with exceptional staff
Luis made the experience very personalized. He knew our names every time we came to the pool. We never had to ask for anything because he took care of us so well. To say we are impressed is an understatement. He made our trip extraordinary. Fernanda took care of our food and drinks. She was always very sweet and professional. Muchos gracias

Great stay
We loved our stay at the Cape! While all the service was amazing, Carlos at the ledge restaurant was amazing! He was very attentive, friendly and courteous. The service at this hotel was top notch! We loved everything about the Cape and cannot wait to be back.

Hotard Gutierrez Wedding in Cabo
Rubio, Ezequiel fransico Freddy Cesar were amazing and very attentive. They were exceptional in service and did it with smiles.The Cape staff was always there to assist in every way. We will be back for another celebration. We love these guys second to none

BEST Hotel in Cabo
This is our FOURTH time coming to The Cape and it gets better and better every time. The service is incredible - especially at the pool - where you're going to want to spend the entire day. I want to shout out the AMAZING team - who are so friendly, helpful & FUN = Aldo & Gustavo, our servers, Angel, Ronnel, Luis at the pool concierge, and Luis at the bar - THANK YOU! We eloped on this trip - and the concierge Guillermo, worked with our wedding coordinators to make the elopement seamless & unforgettable. We dined at Manta - you MUST GET the Korean BBQ chicken- best thing on the menu. The hotel is special because of the architecture, food, and pool scene, of course- but what really sets it apart are the people. Everyone here is incredible and lovely. We are so grateful.
