    1ST STAY AT TEMPTATIONS! - RECOMMENDED ADULTS PLAYGROUND

    The hotel has a lot to offer. I dont think there is something someone can say they didnt find. starting with the security staff and reception staff. everyone was friendly and extremely helpful. we did encounter an issue with the room, but the reception team was amazing to solve it quickly and avoid any unnecessary delays. lots of food options and restaurants to choose from. our favorite was the SHE restaurant. Dinner and a Show cant be topped. not to say the other restaurants were bad. they all had good food and presentation. lots of parties and amazing staff. parties at the pool and shows every night. shoutout to the following staff: Reception: Juan and Sofie: they ensured we had our rooms available and when an issue came up, they both worked hard and fast to get it done quick. there was another gentleman and his name skips my mind right now, but as soon as I remember, I will add to the review. Playmakers/Entertainers: Sam was the first one we met. she is amazing, fun, and full of energy, she got us in the mood to party everyday along with her colleagues.. Pretty Boy - one of the best MC we saw, he ensured everyone was on point and joining the party/contest Nemo, Cherry and Andy (Andrea): they kept us going full of energy, every time they saw us, they got us dancing, partying and participating. the rest of the team did an amazing job keeping us partying and enjoying the stay. shout out to the following as well for an amazing job! Maluma, Amazon, Caliente, Chocolate, Diego, Cowboy, Arita, Baby Mambo and Nico Rico. all the security staff, specially the evening staff during the parties, they ensured everyone was safe, prevented mishaps and saw them double checking on guest in case of anything. they also approached my friend when they saw her alone to make sure she was ok. amazing! All the server girls going around during the evening theme nights. damn they have energy and enthusiasm. they walked all night ensuring everyone had a good time, the correct drinks and keeping people hydrated. the cooks during the evening parties - GREAT JOB! delicious food and kept going quick. not a moment to spare! all the staff at the restaurants did a good job keeping things going and people fed/hydrated. all the staff in the bars. although they were few for the amount of guest, they kept going non stop, they checked the correct bracelets for alcohol and were on point. one of the first hotels I see that have vending machines for adult items, (smokes, lighters, contraceptives, toys, vapes, etc) nightly shows with dedicated staff and every night was a different theme night. highly recommend visiting the hotel. close to shopping area and other places, pharmacy across the road, convenience store, starbucks. restaurants, etc. the pharmacy across the road was 24 hours, and had an ample stock of different items, from over the counter to some regular ones. the hotel does have a "Time Share" option, although they dont call it that. its a good pitch, may be interesting to some and to others it may not. it does take an hour or 2, depending if they are doing breakfast with you. if its your thing go for it, if not, then just stand firm on a no. can possibly get some swag, we scored a tequila bottle with the hotel name on it and some extra massages. some of the few bad things we had was some issues with the room, one of the doors didnt close properly, some stains on the sheets, curtains didnt close properly. we brought it up to reception and they worked quick to rectify it. JJ one of the entertainers, was good at getting people in the mood to party, but did see him throwing guest swim trunks to the roof of the bar during one of the games. that part was not part of the game and didnt think it was right of him to do so. even though they later brought them down, the guest didnt know any better. the other playmakers tried calling his attention not to do it, but he decided to ignore them, I guess he got too into his own hype.

    . Last November I was a little concerned with all the new faces, but great job on all the new positions that were filled. I would like to send a special thank you to Francisco and Carlos. Francisco talked with Lisa and I daily making sure everything was perfect, which it was. Carlos and his security team are probably the best security team Temptation has had yet. Great job both of you, you should be very proud. Everyday Carlos went above and beyond to say hello to us, As always, I have made a list of the people that made the most impact on our Vacation. #1 would have to be Carlos. He and his team were awesome. Fernando around the pool is doing very well and his English has improved so much. Bash Team Daniel, Raul, David, Rodriguz, and Diana did a wonderful job keeping everyone safe. So glad to see Diana as the first women security guard that is awesome congratulations to her.Ximena and Ivan did a great job like always, zero complaints. They are always checking on us and seeing if we need anything. Another great job for the both of them. I am hearing a lot of good things about the newer butlers on staff and how well they are doing. Thank you. Rosalia from House keeping was so sweet. If I could request a housekeeper, I would definitely request her every time. She was amazing. MGR Diana, Mish, and Brenda, all nailed it at Bash. Every night they did an amazing job. Those ladies work their butts off. Special Thanks to Digby. I cannot say enough about how nice he is, another asset to TTR. Bartenders that made an impression on us Armando, Said, Lulu, Eddie, Jared, Adolfo, Christian, Javier, Diago, Luigi, Benjamin and all the premier bartenders It was very nice meeting Mgr. Claudia at Sea Flirt. She was so nice and sweet. Fernando at Flame made us special shots for our Date night. Mauricio at Romanza did a great job with our table of 10. Nailed it Dano at Romanza also very good, probably one of the best servers TTR has. Jones at Sutra is amazing and entertaining, always a treat to see. I hope I am not forgetting anyone. Thank you very much

    Every head great !!! Nice hotel

    I didn’t cancel my membership for him !! Miguel thank you for everything!! You are amazing !!! Never give up man !!!! You are great It is amazing the service Miguel offers, listen!!!! My wife is Mexican and it's amazing the way we saw Miguel on duty around the whole Hotel waving no matter worker or guest It doesn't make a distinction, everyone cares equally no matter where you're from it's amazing! I travel a lot and I've never seen a butler like that. He represent the real guest service!!! I didn’t cancel my membership for him x2!!!! Premier in general it’s bad! They need me mean all of them !!! they need to learn from Miguel !!! See you soon Temptation!!

    Temptation Resort,Cancún has never failed us We have been coming here since 2012 -2017 then a Covid 19 break until 2022 and now 2025.We come and the week that we are here we are treated like Royalty with our Premier VIP membership…From the first day that we were assigned our butler Azul who made us feel special… she was on point for our every need…each morning she would let us know what the weather was, what activities that were planned for the day and evening, she would remind us what theme was for that night, she made any reservations for us whether it was for the specialty restaurant or for the cabana beds by the poolside… she made sure we knew about any special meals that was exclusive for the VIP Premier members…she would check on us throughout the day that we didn’t need anything The staff remembered us and always made us feel like family coming home(Gloria,Francisco,Jair,Reyes,Ivan,Lucio,Carlos,Anddy, Zuleyka,Alondra)the activity players(Diego,BabyMango,Sam,Edgar ,)the food, the shows, the Sexy Pool , Lili by the pool and the people all make the ingredients for a great fun time… when you can go to a resort and you don’t want to leave it it’s a good thing

    Christmas 2024 was our7th the trip, 2nd Christmas. Once again Jones from Sutra went above and beyond. His level of customer service is exemplary. He has become part of our home away from home family and we look forward to seeing him each visit. Christmas is coming and we can't wait to return.
