This was our second trip to Sunscape Dorado Pacifico - the food, drinks, service, pool and beach are all excellent. A great family resort. Everything is clean. The nightly entertainment is lacking but with the ability to walk out of the resort, it gives other things to do. The daily entertainment has a good variety of options, security did a good job of removing towels from un-used chairs during times of full capacity. The Beach is like flour. The waves and undertow can get bigger, bringing a boogie board for children would be recommended if you are able. Purchasing them close to the resort is pricy.

January visit!
This resort is great. The staff is all super friendly. The food is great. I can’t say enough about the beach! It’s very long, and the Sunscape is almost in the middle. It is also directly across the street from the town of Ixtapa. This means great shopping if anyone is interested.

Beautiful views, great beach, & better staff. Food was average, between windows & blue water grill we struggled to find something fair, however were midwesterners looking for meat and potatoes ;) rooms very clean and everything went so smooth.

Great resort
The staff are friendly and helpful and the food was the best I’ve had at any all inclusive resort. The beach was great! The sand was soft and the ocean warm couldn’t be any better, our room had a king bed that was comfortable and house keeping was great. We would definitely go here again.

Excellent Staff and Experience
Spent a week and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were very comfortable. Luis was an excellent waiter at the pool and met all our needs with a smile. Zenon at the front door was exceptional. He met our every need and answered all of our questions. Carlos, Jose, and Berenice were all superb waiters. Would definitely come again!
