    Like coming home ! Only warmer

    We have returned again. Love it here, giavoni on beach, zenon front door, katka at front desk .everyone in windows, the resort is very clean, food is good. Everyone has a smile. Perfect holiday. Hope to stay for 3 weeks next year. The beach is second to none. Thxs our sunscape family. Till next year

    Sunscape Dorado Ixtapa never disappoints

    Nice Resort! Suscape Dorado Ixtapa is our go to resort in Ixtapa. It is always clean and comfortable. We are especially impressed with the friendly staff throughout the resort. Giovanni our beach waiter was the best! He took great care of us all week with a smile on his face. A very courteous young man. We had a great view of the ocean and the bed was very comfortable. We will be back.

    Ixtapa 2025

    We have been to ixtapa many times and this was our second time staying at the Sunscape. The staff were all wonderful, especially Geovani who tirelessly waited on us at the beach everyday with a smile, and Sergio for helping us find a couple of places to sit one morning when all of the chairs were already reserved. Honestly, all of the staff make this place great! I was impressed that this resort has a chair reservation policy in place and will actually removed towels and personal items from reserved chairs if people don’t show up for several hours after reserving their special spots….bravo! We refuse to get up at the crack of dawn, so we would usually go down mid-morning. Most days we were able to find something, except for the day that Sergio helped save the day. The building needs a little (well, maybe a lot) of love, but they work very hard to keep everything clean and tidy. The location is fantastic and you can’t beat the beautiful beach. I thought that the food at the resort was above average for an all inclusive. Our best meal was definitely at Di Mario. We mainly ate at the resort, but going across the street to eat at one of the local restaurants is such a nice option. It is very safe in Ixtapa, even walking outside of the resort in the evening is a pleasure. I highly recommend renting bikes across the street and riding the bike path down to Playa Linda and back. The bike trail is very nice and a stop at the crocodile sanctuary is very interesting. Magnificent, but scary creatures! Thank you Sunscape, we spent a wonderful 11 days here and definitely plan to come back! Please tip the staff, they work so hard and deserve every peso! Until next year…

    Very nice beach, great for walking

    Odette, Alicia, Emmanuel, Ignacio, Misael and Pedro in Sun Club Lounge were the best!! They were cheerful, helpful and made our two week stay in Ixtapa extra special. We enjoyed the location of our resort, it was nice to walk across the street to look at shops and go to different restaurants. We enjoyed chips and guacamole everyday in the Sun Club Lounge!

    Great Property & Location

    The property is excellent! The staff is the hardest working, most fun group around. We have visited over 10 times to the same spot - year after year we enjoy the stay and property. Thank you to the entire staff - entertainment team, bartenders and waiters for your excellent service.
