    Very bad

    I just got back from my trip this morning and this was by far not a 4 star resort. It started with our bathroom not working as of day 1. We had to do service calls a few times before it was fixed. Second night there we had people knocking on our doors at 10 PM then at 11:45. Someone else knocked on the door. I did not answer. We then got a call from someone saying I had to open my door as someone was here to fix my AC which I never ask for they kept insisting for me to open the door, but I never did. This was very alarming for two girls in a room The next day I went to the front desk and they told me well. You must’ve put an AC call. Didn’t do anything and didn’t even The staff was not friendly. Had to ask 10 times for facecloths. Rooms not cleaned each day even though we left a tip each day on the bed. Swim out Pool and water park pool only cleaned twice while we were there. Very disgusting. Refused to use it. Second night ther Wait lines for drinks, food and cafe was unexceptable. You needed to wait 20 min in every single line. Staff not friendly at all other than 2. Would not even smile. Most times need to get my water myself or a drink at buffet. Needed to get up at 5 AM to put a towel on a chair. If not, you could not get one. À la carte restaurants were always booked. I woke up every morning at 5 AM to book and they were already booked very inconvenient. Every day they would run out of rum and wine. I have been at many resorts in Punta Cana, but this will be my last time and I would highly not recommend this resort. I am not one to write reviews, but this time I wasn’t able to stop myself. I would rate this a one or two star hotel. Very disappointed with the price we paid.

    Large resort with sub par staff and cleanliness. A few staff members were amazing however.

    This resort is very large and was full while we were there. Cleanliness and wait staff are definitely lacking. Our swim out pool was always dirty with hair and debris in it all the time. If you get a reservation plan on still waiting up to an hour for your “time slot”. With that being said we did meet and have some AMAZING staff and would like to acknowledge them. Raquel, Yeico, and Ariela at Kaleidoscope were GREAT. Some of the best we have ever had anywhere. Jorge with the concierge service was unbelievable also and treated our family great.

    Sunscape Paradise

    Love this place and Danny the waiter hope to come back someday it was amazing . The pool the beaches the service always with a smile . The food was plentiful. A variety of different foods. Staff always smiling working so hard. The chopsticks was amazing as well as tiki taco will miss the staff we have met and hope to come back nd see them all again..

    Carlos R , is the best he is always looking after us . He always has a smile on his face. He make us feel at home. Kaleidoscope. This resort is very beautiful i will be back for sure. Beach is beautiful. Food is great people are great and friendly. Love . Cristian

    Amazing time Carlos in kaleidoscope was Amazing never let us down coffee was always on the table beautiful resort will be coming back ariela was great always on point and greeted us with a beautiful smile thanks to the whole crew at sunscape excellent 5/5
