Dirty and realy run downd rooms. Bath room looks like a bomb crater. Loose fosset in the shover. Cracked toylet seat and everything is in a sad state. Breakfast was a nother disaster. Made to order and realy realy slow. So if you are in a hurry you better just go hungry. Seems understaffed.

Check in was smooth. Front desk staff was super nice and helpful. The room is freezing. Even though the AC was set at 75° the room stayed around 64°. Great for sleeping. Pillows were meh but the bed was comfortable. Do not like the frosted window in the bathroom as it puts light in the whole room. Middle of the night it woke me up. The pool area and outside bar were great, lively, and fun. We didn’t utilize the hotel restaurant but they were nice and gave us ice, esp since the ice machines were broken. Hotel is a lil far away from everything but not too too far. And right across from the beach. I do not like the only valet partying option. Esp for 55/night. Ridiculous to just park your car. But considering other hotel room rates compared to this one it evened out. I’d stay here again.

Flew in on my B-Day 3/27/25, Shenoya is amazing ❤️ she set us up with a room with a beautiful view, made our dinner reservations and called for us a cab! The hospitality is “WORLD CLASS” and the staff is amazing, Claudio I can’t say enough about your Sonesta family ❤️❤️ we’ll be back

Stay here and you'll be happy with your choice.
We wanted to spend two nights in Fort Lauderdale after our cruise. I did a lot of research on price and location, AND wanting to be away from the Spring Breakers. This hotel was perfect for us!!! The location was amazing in that it was away from the crazy spots, but anywhere up and down the coast was easily walkable. Our room was perfect. The straight-on ocean view was amazing. There was no need for a balcony as the ocean felt "right there" through the window. Every employee we encountered was kind and professional in every way. Cory in the bar was great as well. We were happy with the free lounge chairs on the beach. We did not go in the pool, but it looked very nice. We would most definitely stay here again. In addition, we really enjoyed the New York Style pizza at Primanti's Brothers just a short walk from the hotel. There was an inviting-looking ice cream store nearby and a liquor store too, in addition to some other restaurants and shops.

We’ll definitely come back
I appreciate this hotel’s encouragement to guest to embrace mindfulness during their stay. We had wonderful food at the on-site restaurant. I was especially appreciative of the service we received when I’d packed a pair of shoes that I didn’t realize had a manufacturing defect so the clasps couldn’t be affixed. Shannon Williams from the facilities team brought out a small tool kit that had exactly what was needed for this job and he fixed both of my shoes efficiently and with a smile.
