Villa Del Arco is beautiful and a wonderful place to relax, have fun, get a masssge, go fishing , and just lay out by the pool. We were there for 10 days and the staff is great. But if you go out by the pool , I hope you're lucky to get Juan as your server for the day. He's very nice and attentive to your needs. Mariana was my masseuse, she's great . I ask for her every time I go . All the restaurants are great. We've been members since 2010, and it's been the best purchase we've ever made. Thank you yo all the staff at Villa Del Arco.

Family fun trip!
Valeria is great. We had a wonderful time and our daughter loved the activities! Volleyball was fun too! All services and restaurants were kid friendly and accommodating. Great place to travel with kids. Thank you for helping us make great memories!

Great rooms in a fantastic location walkable to town
Our first time in Cabo so we wanted a resort close to downtown Cabo San Lucas and didn't want the all inclusive dining because we wanted the flexibility to eat downtown. A 25 minute walk to the marina from here and a $5 Uber ride back. We also walked the beach into town from here and that was great even if you had to run the gauntlet of beach vendors. The one bedroom suite was excellent with a full kitchen, two full bathrooms and a very large balcony with a table that seated four along with two lounge chairs. Sofa sleeper had a very firm foam mattress. The pool area was very relaxing with soft music playing, no live bands which was a plus for us. Pools are only a couple feet deep so not meant for real swimming. Pirate ship in the lower pool was a little tacky but knew what to expect from online pictures. Security was good. No vehicles were allowed in past the gate unless with a registered guest. Security staff on stairs to the beach monitored the beach vendors and kept them from wandering the property. There are 3 Villa resorts attached to each other and you could use some of their buildings but not swim in their pools. We ate two nights oceanside at Bella California at Villa Del Palmar because we had a resort credit from our Costco Travel package. They have a shuttle that runs every five minutes between the three resorts but it was only a 5 minute walk to the farthest one anyway. There is a market and Starbucks in front of the Villa Del Palmar but expect to pay $$$ for anything there. Toasted bagel was $9 and a small box of Triscuits was $15. Only complaints about the entire stay was the confusion at the front desk. We arrived at 3pm and check in is at 4pm. They have a Hospitality Room where you can change clothes and then check your bags with bellman. Our room was not ready but they did assign us a room. At 4pm they said there was an issue with our first room and we were assigned another but that room was not ready. At 4:20pm they have assigned us yet another room but were trying to find our luggage. Another 10 minutes and we had our bags and our room. There was also confusion about the resort credit and breakfast that was included with our Costco package. Over the next couple days it took three more conversations to get those squared away before we checked out. We stayed here the last week of April and I think we were there at a slow time because only about 1/3 to 1/2 of the rooms appeared to be occupied which made the nights quiet and everything else not crowded. Would return.

Overall stay was amazing very clean. Staff was very professional and out of there way to make you feel at home
Joel Vallarta and Veronica from El Patron Were very kind polite with there service Very prompt abd professional Thank you Joel and Veronica We will see you soon. Food was great drinks were tasteful. We are very happy and pleased ith our stay.

Great customer service and clean.
The rooms and resort were clean. All of the employees were very nice. We had a few great servers while relaxing at the pool and beach. Eduardo was our server the last two days and had amazing drink recommendations, had great customer service, remembered everyone’s drinks from the previous day and always made sure our drinks were full. We had great food, the South American Grill had to be the best out of all but every dinner was amazing. I wish I remembered every servers name so I could mention them here because honestly there wasn’t a bad encounter but Eduardo is the one that sticks out the most.
