Horrible experience specially for being a diamond Hilton honors member

I am a diamond Hilton honors and this is the worst experience with Hilton so far. This hotel is a mess, nobody knows anything. The food at the restaurant is very bad quality they only have 1 kitchen , we were waiting over 1h30min to eat. I had to talk to the manager for them to send someone to clean our room. We have to pay to get umbrella and even chairs for the beach. Every resort I have been they give us the chair for free. It’s over priced and the service is horrible , think twice before staying here.

    Much to be desired

I’d say the best part about this hotel is the access to the beach but that’s where the positive reviews end. We were charged $20 for each beach chair despite paying a resort fee. Our room was very dirty to the point we had to clean the floor ourselves. Our room was only serviced once in a four night stay and we had to ask for more essentials at the front desk and our shower was broken. The elevator was also out of order for the duration of our stay. If you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing stay this is not the hotel for you. Music is loudly blasted at the pool all day and the other guests were bachelorettes and women’s trips who were belligerent and loud… aside for a few families trying to enjoy themselves. There is also quite a bit of construction at the hotel and nearby which added to the volume and meant fewer restaurant and activity options. The beach was beautiful but I would not recommend otherwise.

    Jillian at Sirata Resort!

We did two classes with Jillian Dzieciol and they were amazing! She is very nice, very personable, and made the workouts fun and challenging. Highly recommend to future visitors! We will be back next year and will make sure to be attending more of the classes!

    Great Girlfriend vacation

Please know that all resorts in the St. Pete Beach area, are still recovering from Hurricanes Helene and Milton. Many are still closed at this time. Sirata Beach Resort has crews working hard on restoring the resort and is open during construction. The staff was wonderful and worked very hard to make our stay wonderful. One party in our group was booked into a room that had not been cleaned from previous guests. They went back to the front desk and the situation was corrected immediately. My room was freshly painted and wonderful. We had a view of the ocean. I will be returning. Our Girlfriend trip was wonderful and we had a great vacation.

    Great Stay!

We had a great stay at the Sirata! Located right on the beach. Quiet, clean, and comfortable room. Great pool and surrounding area. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Harry’s Beach Bar was awesome. Good food and sunset views. We’ll be back! Thanks.
