    Above and Beyond Service!

    Dawn was super helpful when my room had a leak and soaked some of my clothes as a result. She made sure my clothing was washed free of charge. I was given another room within a couple hours. Additionally, my first time driving a Tesla was courtesy of the resort. James was super helpful in assisting my husband and I getting in the vehicle and starting the electric car. Their service went above and beyond!

    Greatest hotel accommodations ever for us. Micah / Fernando helped a lot.

    Greatest hotel accommodations ever for us. Wonderful view of the ocean. Bed was great, balcony awesome. Bathroom was very clean. Can't say enough good things. Check in was smooth, Micah and Fernando were extremely helpful. The grounds were well maintained and clean. Pool beautiful, beach was very nice. Hotel has bikes available at no cost, we had a relaxing ride.

    Wonderful Hotel, Staff and Local Shopping

    Wonderful experience. Hotel is nice and well maintained. (Some of the balconies appear to be small though.) The staff is excellent and friendly and the hotel has a good vibe. Micah at the front desk check-in was professional, thorough and outstanding. Local bars, restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. Plenty of activities within a 15 minute drive. Only downside is the beach is not good for swimming. But we knew that prior so it was not a big deal. Plenty of nice beaches with a short drive.

    Experience at Sheraton Coconut Hotel,Kauai

    Amazing getaway!! My husband and I work in the food and beverage industry and give 120 percent to our guests,so we have high expectations,which aren’t always met. As we hung out on the beach,near the pool and in the restaurants , we tended to veer more toward the bar,of course! Vacation! Our bartender,Jeff was not only amazing and friendly,his smile and attitude spoke 1000 words! He was very attentive, but most important, a truly,wonderful,young man! We appreciate the professionalism and would return just to let the vibe in the bar ,make our day! Thankyou Jeff! Come visit me at margarita villa in South Lake Tahoe ! Aloha! And, keep doing what you do,it’s working……

    The best resort on the islands - and we’ve been to lots!

    This resort blew us away. The restaurants and amenities are beyond our expectations. Their fancy restaurant Moamoa was excellent: super tasty, elevated, and amazing service (we love you, ART!). The grounds were lush, pristine, and had perfect spots for all of us to enjoy — kid and adult friendly pool, beach access, game room, exercise room, bikes and bike path, volleyball court, activities, coffee shop, on-site concierge and so much more. We will definitely come back another time. Too many wonderful things to do that we need more time.
