This was our fourth stay at this resort. We stayed 14 nights. The cab ride from the airport is about fifteen to twenty minutes. The resort is walking distance to the Malecon and downtown. The staff at this resort is amazing. From the front desk staff, to the bellmen, to the pool waiters, customer service is their passion. Our Bonvoy status got us entry into the concierge lounge. Breakfast and dinner was a choice of five or six hot entrees, fruits, vegetables, rolls, pastry, and desserts. Dinner included wine. Coffee, soda, and water are available all day. The waitstaff: Enrique, Daniel, Eder, and Candelaria were the best! We are pool people and do not visit the beach. The pool was enormous. There is a second large pool on the vacation club side. You can swim in either pool. We only swam in the hotel pool. The water was clean and warm. There is a swim up bar. Exercise classes are held daily in the pool. We ate lunch at the pool every day. The food was delicious. Special shout out to Gama, Isabel, Marco, Lilliana, and Mariano for their outstanding service. They must walk 50 miles every day. Special thanks to the entertainment staff: Marianna and Jimana. They are so enthusiastic and fun! We did water aerobics, water volleyball, bocce ball, and black Jack. They also had margarita and mojito tastings. Note: Chairs at the pool were plentiful and available throughout the day. The weather was perfect. 86 degrees and sunny every day. We used the fitness center every morning. It is well stocked and clean. It is open 24/7. Our room was cleaned daily by Elena Joya. The room was always pristine after her daily service. We watched several football games at the Nine Ninety-9 sports bar. It is onsite and the food and drinks are excellent. Special thanks to our waitress, Eliza for her special attention to our food and drink orders. We will return in again in February for 12 nights. Highly recommended! No issues during our entire two weeks.

Absolutely nothing but the best absolutely nothing but greatness absolutely nothing but happiness. This is a place to be. This is the place to go. I wouldn’t spend a dollar on another place Enrique Mariana and Ximena are absolutely nothing but the best people to actually entertain you and have a good time while you’re here.

This is a good resort in the middle of Puert Vallarta - easy to walk into town and the boardwalk. The facilities are good and clean. The pools and beach are good. They even have horseback riding and other activities. They offer an all inclusive rate as well as regular. It is a large resort with lots of people (something I'm not used). The four star rating reflects that this a good resort but not spectacular (and not too many places are). I do want to thank two staff members who stood out - Victor at checkin was calm and excellent in dealing with all of my questions and Ruben in the buffet area just felt like an old friend. You won't go wrong coming here. And I loved the Mariachi band on Sunday morning at the buffet.

We stayed in Time Share side, 2 bedroom suite. It is dated and the beds are Very very hard and uncomfortable. Defenitly NOT Sheraton level but it is the Time Share side. We have bats that poop on the floor every night in the hallways.. gross! Very dated rooms but great location! Good pool and gym, definetly do not do the All Inclusive!! So many other places to eat and explore! 3 star. Safe and secure but not comfortable..

AMAZING STAFF
This is our families go to spot to in Puerto Vallarta. The resort is beautiful, entertianment and food options are plentiful but the thing that sets this resort apart is the amazing staff. They are incredibly kind and helpful. I really enjoyed all the pool staff and how accommodating they are. Loved the activity director as well, the pool workout hour was one of the funnest activities that we did at the resort. I would especially like to thank Maria Abal for her wonderful cleaning services. she was such am amazing part of the experience and we all really enjoyed her positive upbeat attitude. she really loves her job and enjoys going the extra mile for the guest. she is also an exceptional at folding towels, she made us a small dog shaped towel that our little cousin adored. Sheraton is the place to go for a great time in PV but the staff was world class and made the experience amazing. really hope to see all of them again the next time we go.
