    Serendipity Music & Bar. Fun, music and sports are the main activities here, on the 1st floor.

    Coral Bar. Our beach bar is perfect for enjoying a refreshing drink while working on your tan. Located by the infinity pool.

    La Tentazione: An exquisite Italian specialty restaurant with an intimate atmosphere inspired mainly by the cuisine of northern Italy. Located on the “Beach Level”.*

    La Finca de Ana: This Mexican specialties restaurant represents the soul of Mexico in a festive and joyful atmosphere that brings together the country’s most emblematic regional dishes. Located on the “Beach Level”.*

    Rodeo Grill: This Western Steakhouse style restaurant features prime cuts and show cooking, and, along with country music and our mechanical bull, will make your dining experience unforgettable. Located on the “Beach level”. * 

    Las Brisas: This convenient snack bar can be found at beach level, between our main pools.

    Kiosko: A contemporary and casual snack bar located by the lobby and movie theater, offering healthy food and a selection of late-night snacks. 

    The Tea House: This is a family favorite, with a selection of coffees, teas, gelatto, bites, petit fours and cookies, located by the Aquapark.

    Amazing

    From the moment we arrived at Sensira Resort in Cancun, we were blown away by the breathtaking views, luxurious amenities, and warm hospitality—but what truly made our stay unforgettable were the amazing people who took care of us: Elisa, Angel, and Samantha. Elisa welcomed us with such genuine warmth that we instantly felt at home. Her kindness and attention to detail made every interaction special. Angel went above and beyond every single day, always with a smile and ready to help with anything we needed—he made us and our kids feel like VIPs. And Samantha was simply outstanding—her energy, professionalism, and caring nature made a lasting impression on our whole family. Our family vacation turned into a cherished memory thanks to these three incredible individuals. The resort itself is stunning, with amazing food, pristine pools, and endless activities, but it’s the exceptional staff that sets Sensira apart. We can't wait to come back!

    Rodeo Grill rocks!

    We had an amazing grill food dining experience at the Rodeo Grill! Special mention to Manager Carlos and Waitress Ana who went out of their way to customize the food as per our needs. The shrimp and chicken wings were just awesome!! Carlos even baked a special cake for our wedding anniversary :-) Great memories and a great customer experience. I would strongly recommend the Rodeo Grill and do meet Ana and Carlos :-)

    Excellent family vacation

    This was our 3rd year in a row. The hotel is lovely with attention to detail. The staff can’t do enough for you. We were treated like royalty. The food at all of the restaurants was excellent! Service by the pool for drinks and light lunch was great! We will be back!

    Sensira familiar

    Todas las instalaciones del hotel están limpias y de buen tamaño. Es adecuado para venir con niños pequeños, ya que las instalaciones están contempladas para ellos. En general el ambiente es sumamente familiar. Cenamos en rodeo grill steak house y el servicio proporcionado por el mesero Jesús y el encargado Carlos fue de primera al igual que los alimentos y bebidas. Es un hotel para regresar

    Estancia por Cumpleaños

    En cuestión del hotel está muy limpio, sin embargo lo que no nos gustó fue que después de que cierran el bufete del almuerzo tienes que esperar 2 horas para que abran los de especialidad por lo que si sales tarde de la piscina no tienes que almorzar. Otro aspecto es que el bufete del almuerzo no hay variedad de comida ni complementos y el “Bufete” de snacks pésimo y sin variedad y todo tienes que ordenar no puedes servirte tu. Sin embargo los restaurantes de especialidad es muy buena la atención, la comida y ambiente . En especial el de Rodeo Grill que las porciones son sustanciosas y deliciosas y el servicio estuvo excelente, la atención que me brindó la mesera Ana estuvo 10 de 10 y el encargado Carlos estuvo igual atento de nosotros y como era mi cumpleaños me cantaron y nos dieron un postre especial flameado al momento.
