Smoke-Filled Room, Dirty Sheets, No Accountability
I am writing to formally express my extreme disappointment with the quality of service, cleanliness, and overall guest experience during my recent stay from May 2nd to May 4th. As a Diamond Status Hard Rock Bet player and a loyal, high-value Hard Rock Bet customer, I expected a stay that reflected the level of hospitality your brand is known for. Unfortunately, my experience was unacceptable and far below expectations. Upon entering my room on the second floor, I was immediately overwhelmed by the strong smell of smoke. This was not residual odor — the smoke was actively being pulled in through the ventilation system, particularly from the left side of the bed. I contacted the front desk and the hotel operator multiple times, but no one addressed the issue adequately. In addition to the smoke, the room was clearly not cleaned properly prior to my arrival. The floor was visibly dirty, and when I wiped a wet area in the bathroom, it picked up a dark brown stain — clearly indicating it hadn’t been mopped. I do not wear shoes in hotel rooms and could feel the grime on the floor. Furthermore, the bedsheets were damp and smelled of mildew, which is completely unacceptable in any standard hotel, let alone one that serves high-tier clientele. On the evening of May 2nd, around 7 PM, I called the hotel operator again to demand immediate action — requesting clean bedding, properly cleaned floors, and resolution to the smoke odor. I was told security would come to assess the situation right away, but instead, housekeeping arrived two hours later with no real solution. The housekeeper proceeded to spray a large amount of cheap aerosol spray throughout the room — including on the towels, sheets, vents, carpet, and bathroom — despite my request for him to wait while I was still preparing to go out (see attached). The result was a potent combination of smoke and artificial scent that gave me a severe migraine. Even more astonishing, I was asked if I wanted extra spray left in the room in case the odor returned. After dining at the steakhouse and attending the Steve Aoki event (for which I had reserved a private table), I returned to my room at 4 AM expecting the situation to have been resolved. It had not. The sheets were unchanged, the floors still filthy, and the overwhelming smell of aerosol spray and smoke persisted. I had to sleep on towels out of disgust. The next morning, while getting ready to attend Formula One events, I called the hotel operator again. I was placed on hold for over 30 minutes before being told they couldn’t get in touch with the front desk. I requested a callback on my personal phone to explain why my complaints were not handled properly and why my room had not been switched. No one ever followed up. It is simply unacceptable to leave any guest — especially one with respiratory sensitivities — in a smoke-filled room drenched in chemical spray. To make matters worse, no one from guest services or management ever reached out to me throughout the rest of my stay. Despite the thousands I spent at your casino that weekend, I was treated with utter disregard by your hospitality team. The only offer I received was a waiver of resort fees, which does not begin to address the severity of the issues I encountered. I declined this. My room remained dirty throughout the stay. Towels and bedding weren't changed. The smoke continued to infiltrate the room. I addressed these concerns in person with the manager on duty and was again given an inadequate response. As a long-standing Diamond Status gambler and loyal gambler with your brand, I have never felt so disrespected and disappointed. I sincerely hope Hard Rock will take this seriously and respond accordingly.

Perfect if you want a 5 star physical hotel, 3 star management, 1 star customer service.
We have visited this location 20 times. Most recently in April. After our first visit, we actually wrote a letter in 2017 to the president of Hard Rock because we enjoyed it so much. We used to get amazing service, atmosphere and restaurants. That all changed. DO NOT BOTHER. Why? Here is a list of things we experienced. 1. We SPEND money gambling. We should be the perfect HR guests. The new unity program is terrible. I you think you are going to gamble and build points here for benefits, SKIP it. The hosts have their hands tied on what they can do for you since the unity change. I left there with a "free" gift of a 2 quart saucepan last week. I am not kidding. My wife told me it is the most expensive free saucepan we own. Benefits of gambling here have diminished. 2. Get ready to listen to employees who do not like their job. This never used to be the case. We witnessed this over our last two visits. We were actually told, not all changes are good in reference to the change to the unity card program. I couldn't agree more. 3. It is hard to believe but when we first started coming the customer service from ALL staff was absolutely amazing. Forget that. Even some of the staff doing the hardest jobs (room attendants) were SO nice. Get ready to be ignored. There is an obvious cultural shift at this place. The employee turnover is obvious and the the attitude is different. I filled out a post-trip survey discussing the issues we had on our last trip and the response was an absolute joke. I did not understand why I was being charged a resort fee for a complementary room, especially when the pool WAS CLOSED (smaller but beautiful pool at the older hotel). The response was immediate and clearly generated with AI, filled with content that indicated they did not even read my feedback. For instance, they discussed how guests earn of comp rooms and how they are based on availability. We HAD a comp room but I did not think it was fair to pay a resort fee (newer Hard Rock policy) especially when we specifically asked about the pool being open back on our last trip in February 2025. I am saving that one for a future reviews. Also, when you do get a "free" room, the type of room will be a mystery until you are at the front desk. The level of room we have gotten is not what it used to be. 4. The pool is beautiful....but get ready a nightmare. Cheap cruise-culture poolside competitive seating is alive and well here. Get ready for hopeless irate people walking around with yellow and white towels looking for seats when the 4.5 acre pool on the other side of the hotel is closed. The happiest people we saw were the ones we gave our seats to mid-afternoon. The employees are clearly sick of being asked why the "smaller" pool was closed but we were told that they could not find staff, the heater was broken, and that it was not "peak season". Who knows what is true but they clearly do not care. The pool IS open on the weekends and for the recent spring break but NOT for the weekday visitors. Someone needs to remind them that sometimes people actually go on vacation on weekdays. 5. This is a perfect example of a 5 star physical hotel with 3 star management, and 1 star customer service. 6. There there were some great staff but they are overshadowed by a culture that can be seriously improved since the days of Auggie C. 7. Think twice about going to this place and remember this is from someone who has visited 20 times. If you do go, just get a pizza at Cipresso Bar and a nice glass of wine. You will love it and leave with a big smile on your face.

NEVER AGAIN - AWFUL!!!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS The worst service I have had in years of travel. 45 mins check in to be greeted by rude staff member, 45 mins wait for 2 drinks at the pool, 1 hour for a portion of fries, smoking in the pool. Almost 1 hour for a bell hop and NOBODY CARES!! The hotel is beautiful shame the service is a ZERO!

Absolutely disappointed with Hard Rock
Seminol Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino - Hollywood, FL day three of 4 here, and I must say I’m pretty disappointed. The pool at the hard rock tower with the slide is closed. We were fortunate enough to grab some seats early at the Guitar Tower, but the amount of people, especially elderly, wandering around aimlessly looking for a chair is ridiculous, considering they have a whole other pool that is only open on the weekends. It’s spring break! Not to mention comped room types for casino players isn’t guaranteed and we had to spend A LOT of money on a whole separate suite to accommodate my whole family. I play at casinos all over the country and Hard Rock is the only one who doesn’t guarantee a room type for comped casino players. How in the world is a family suppose to make travel arrangements if they don’t even know what kind of accommodations they will have. Caesars, Mohegan Sun, MGM….none of them do that. Might be looking into the Beau Rivage in Biloxi for our next casino trip.

sorry i ever started going there.lost everything !!!!!
been going there before it was even called hard rock.we used to go there to play the high stakes bingo. it was quite smaller and ocassionally win some money . they then had a small gaming room with video slot machines. least there you could ocassionally win. since they opened the huge seminole casino every year for the past 24 yrs. ,it seems the payouts have gotten fewer and further between. i believe everyone who plays there loses money.... they take your money so fast it will make your head spin.(litterly).
