Wonderful staff! Great accommodations.
Although this location is not on the beach, the staff and accommodations more than make up for the short drive it takes to get to the beach. The staff is SUPER attentive and make you feel special everyday. The spa is top notch. We loved our stay here and would recommend it for anyone wanting to visit the Tulum area if staying on the beach is not a priority.

Beautiful Resort in Tulum
Just returned from a week at Secrets Tulum and loved everything about it. Although you are not directly on the beach, the pools and facility make up for that. Also I enjoyed the shuttle away from the resort to the beach club. You can also spend days wandering Tulum, which is like an excursion. It allows you to get off resort and visit the surroundings. The service and staff were excellent. I enjoyed alot of the activites including aqua cycle, yoga, bracelet making. Every staff goes out of their way to make your time enjoyable. The drinks were strong in my opinion...lol. I had to ask not too strong after my first marguarita. Food was excellent in all the restaurants. The Asada and Mexican buffets nnights were crazy good. I would not hesitate to go back here.

AMAZING ANNIVERSARY VACATION AT SECRETS TULUM
We had a beautiful week at SECRETS TULUM wishing we had booked 10 days instead of 7. We booked the Master Suite King Swim up and the room did not disappoint. We were in building 2, room 2142 and it was spectacular with the sun shining at our swim up from 7 am to approximately 2pm. Food was amazing at Jasmine (Luis and his staff are great (especially Fernanda) - they made us special desserts for our 25th anniversary and on our last night). Olio is the Italian restaurant, we enjoyed the caprese salad, the carpaccio and the steak. Blue Waters is such a unique outdoor dining experience, you will definitely be wowed & Barefoot grill has a great menu with lots of lunch options (for preferred club members only). We love quiet so the preferred pool was our favourite with spa music on all day, plenty of comfortable beds and chairs to relax. They have waiters serving you drinks and food all day as you enjoy the sunshine. Our waiter Sergio was amazing and very friendly. I highly recommend the slushy mango margaritas with tanjin. The food menu has a lot of tasty options. There are lots of pools to choose from…they were a little louder with upbeat music. They do a foam party at the rooftop pool at 3pm, but we didn’t try any of the other pools. Our room was amazing, 1500 square feet with a huge bathroom with walk-in shower and soaker tub, 2 toilets, a big closet area. We loved ordering our breakfast in our room as it had a dinning room table for us to enjoy the view of our swim up pool as we ate. The decor is beautiful and the cement floors are great, not slippery and they dry fast. Bed & pillows are not bas, just not as good as home lol…we’ve had better at other resorts. We took the bus to the beach in the afternoon and the beach club was not a wow for us. Crowded and loud music playing and no seats available. I suggest going first thing in the morning if you don’t like crowds. We found a bali bed on the beach but had to pay extra to use it so we decided to just walk the beach and go back to the resort for some peace and quiet. The seaweed was also all along the beach so it made it a less pleasurable experience. Bus ride is 17-20 min and very bumpy, do not sit in the back if you get car sick. The staff are a plus and really take customer service to the next level. They are extremely friendly and hard workers. Our cleaning lady was amazing, I think her name was Elizabeth but not 💯 sure. She came every day between 9-10 as we asked to have our room cleaned early. There is a turn down service at night as well. The Hyatt Inclusive App is perfect. All the information is at your fingertips, room service, menus, daily & nightly activities, pillow menu, tray pick up service (there is a tray cupboard in the room accessible from outside your door so you don’t have dishes in your room or outside your door). Overall, amazing anniversary vacation. We will definitely go back if we can get the same room and fly into Tulum instead of Cancun. Cancun airport is way too busy and 2 hours away.

Beautiful Resort
We stayed at Casa Zamna and if you are going to this resort it would be my recommendation to stay there. The extra perks at the beach are great plus you get all the preferred perks at the main resort. Only downsides were the shuttle schedule for the resort was something you kind of had to work around and that the roof allowed ALL THE NOISE in throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. The resort is beautiful and updated and all the staff is so friendly and attentive, always responding to your needs quickly. The food could be hit or miss, but that’s expected at an all inclusive. The preferred restaurant at the main resort called “The Grotto” as well as the “Bluewater Grill” were both very good. This was our first all inclusive resort and it was overall a very good experience.

Amazing!
We just had the best week! The property is beautiful, and the beach is a short 15/20 minute shuttle ride. Service is wonderful, we had some favorites, Sergio at the pool was so attentive we loved him, we spent most days there because of him. A few other standouts Nico, Edwardo and Juan and the lobby bar bartender Jezrell! The beach was also lots of fun, starting with our shuttle driver Carlos! Fernando and Ivan at the beach were also wonderful! The water spin was lots of fun; I wish I could remember the instructor's name; he did a great job. We will for sure be back. :)
