Went for my wife's 60th Birthday. She now says this was the best birthday ever. The spa is an EXPERIENCE and a MUST 🔥 Utilize the Concierge service. They are attentive and want to ensure you are having the best experience. We will definitely do this again!

Beach club 5 stars. Great staff good food nice location and chairs all included. Resort alone without beach club would not be worth it. It was nice but has some work to do. Layout of resort is not ideal. Pools and bars close early food overall pretty good. Would go back

One of the best resorts I've stayed
I booked a 7 nights stay in mid April. The hotel rooms, restaurants, bars and service standards are what you’d expect for a high end resort. However on arrival and throughout my stay most of the staff I came across were exceptional. You’re provided you with a direct mobile number of a person for the concierge service so its very easy get anything sorted. Laura Cruz was allocated to me. She went above and beyond to check if my stay was to my liking, would inform me of all the events the resort provides. She was also very accommodating when I had to check out later than midday and sorting out my shuttle transportation. One of the highlights of my stay were the activities and events the resort has on daily basis. These are high quality events that you look forward to attend throughout the day and evenings to keep you entertained on days you want to stay on the resort throughout. By the end I had met a lot of the team members who ran the some of the activities. They all made it a special holiday and memorable stay in different ways. I’d like to extend my gratitude to Ariel, Aldo, Luis Miguel, Samara, Luna, Ariana and Adela and the waiters who were always very attentive. I would stay here again without a doubt the next time I’m in Tulum. Thank you for your hospitality.

As Expected with nothing special
Booked Secrets Tulum at the last second after poor experience at Kanan Tulum. This is our 5th secrets property and overall the quality is as expected. The property was quiet and spacious with a lot of pools and areas to relax. Unique looking new property with a number of maintenance issues such as dirty preferred rooftop pool, broken room fan and AC which was not cooling below 24C. Similar to other reviews, the food was mediocre and the steak at Bluewater Grill was not fresh , looking grey. If I were to return to the area, I would book Sectets Akumal again over Secrets Tulum.

Happy stay.
Resort was excellent. Rooms large and clean, good bed. Staff helpful and friendly. Pools clean with great chairs always open not crowded. Food and service great. Large place be ready to walk and go up stairs. The problem is with Amerian Airlines and Dallas airport was terrible, dont use them if possible
