Should not be in the same category as other secrets, not even close to the sabe quality. Rooftop pools where not even open the 4 days we where there. Many bars didn't have blender. No blended drinks at bar. Shuttle service only once and hour to beach club. Often times entertainment is canceled no notice.

This was really a great resort. The room was clean and cold the entire time. The food was excellent. Every single staff member I came across was super friendly. Yes, you do have to take a 15 minute shuttle to the beach but I enjoyed that time looking at different things outside of just the resort to get to the beach. We also got some Spanish lessons on the beach from a really great guy named Ariel (very funny). The foam party they had Saturday at 3pm was a complete blast as you can witness from my videos haha. My only complaint would maybe be to bump the entertainment up from 10pm to 8pm but that's just coming from someone that is normally in bed by 10pm haha. And I am not sure that they actually did end up having the DJ or not..or at least not right at 10. I cant speak for after because i was so tired i couldn't hang anymore lol. If I went back again I'd also go on a Monday when they have karaoke..I think that would be so fun. They had music trivia on Saturday and bingo on Sunday. I would consider going again but if they didn't bump up the time of the entertainment I would definitely do beach and pool during the day and then snooze until like 730p for a late dinner and then conserve some energy to stay up for the most fun 10p things they have to offer.

Honeymoon Spot!
We went for our honeymoon and had the best time! A gorgeous beach with plenty of food options make for a great vacay. The staff is helpful and kind! The facility is clean, and the property seems very well kept. The pools were absolutely picturesque and the spa is well worth the extra!

TA Review
Rooms - Very spacious! Large shower with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided. Fully stocked fridge/ dressing gowns/ slippers/ vanity kits/ soaps/ shower caps + shoe cleaning services. 5 star rooms - very modern. Sliding door options with net covering to let air in and keep flies out. Facilities - Coffee machine/ fridge/ Large TV/Aircon/ Xtra large bed + very comfortable Aircon - Amazing. very powerful and easy to use. Dining - Breakfast and lunch are self service buffet but you will get a waiter for the drinks. Lots of food choice. For dinner there are 3 restaurants. An Asian fusion, Mediterranean + a seafood/ steakhouse. The steakhouse (bluewater grill) was our favorite as the staff were excellent as well as the food. Daniela is your host and she is just so welcoming and friendly. We also loved our waiter Filiberto, he is amazing and all the staff are such hard workers! Pool Staff - Great! Will supply you with pool towels and offer you food/ drinks throughout the day. There is also a pool bar which offers food should you be hungry outside of meal times. Cleaners - Rooms fully cleaned each day. Bed made and changed as often as you would like. Fridge stocked each day and floors mopped Reception Staff - Met us on arrival with cold towels. No card details taken on arrival. We were walked all around the hotel to show us where all the restaurants and pools were located. Extremely helpful Spa - Expensive but AMAZING! Worth it! Couples spa available Activities - There is a blackboard each day with a list of all the activities to take place, the times and their locations. eg, pool volleyball, cycling into town with a group. Beach Club - Bus to the beach goes about every 45minutes and it takes you to a private area on the beach meant for hotel members. Sea is lovely and warm and clear. Restaurant there is also included in the price of the holiday so no extra payment needed to eat here. Towels are also provided at the beach. Overall - The hotel and staff are amazing. Can't fault any of it! It a romantic adults getaway with no kids in a Tropical paradise and you are so well looked after! Extras - If you are celebrating something while on holiday here, let the hotel know as they do their best to make sure you have an amazing stay with added extras. Negative - Mosquitos are about, if you are someone who gets bit often bring lots of fly spray although the hotel is constantly airing the place out to help with this. Don't understand the previous negative comments on this hotel, There is nothing that I could change to make it better! 5 Star Review

Overpromised, severely under delivered.
Hotel is transitioning and should temporarily close versus overpromising and failing, while charging premium prices. We cut our week long trip short by 3 days and went home unfortunately, but nothing has been done by any representative of Secrets that indicates losing our business matters at all.
