Don't bother....
The room was filled with mold, had visible hair, peeling paint, and a strong odor of mildew. These conditions were not only unpleasant but raised concerns about health and safety. The food was consistently subpar. At the Preferred Club bar—while the customer service was commendable—the environment was lackluster. The food options were picked over and appeared to have been left out all day, and the alcohol selection was disappointingly limited to bottom-shelf offerings. If Preferred status is meant to come with elevated services, that should be clearly reflected. A designated bracelet or band could easily signify that status across dining and bar areas. Additionally, a reserved or exclusive seating section near the pool would have enhanced the experience. The swim-out pool was unkept and unsanitary, which was particularly frustrating given its premium cost and placement.

One of our most favourite vacations!
The resort was well maintained, clean, and plenty of staff for everything you needed. Other than the initial line up when the bar opened, always plenty of service and no waits. Great tasting drinks too, not the watered down no name crap, either! The service is with a smile and genuine too. We absolutely loved our stay. Quiet, relaxing, no fighting for chairs or umbrellas. Just good service, decent food, and excellent amenities.

Relaxing experience
This resort is in a beautiful location on the pituresque French side of the island. The resort is small but was perfect for a quiet couples getaway. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink at checkin. Our room was in block one facing the garden, immaculately clean and a stocked bar of beer, pop and snacks. The pool area is huge, with plenty of loungers and umbrellas for everyone. The beach is beautiful with sand and low waves making it easy to swim. It's very hot so you do need loungers with umbrellas, and there were plenty available throughout the day. The entertainment is low key, usually a singer or two switched daily from 8 to 10pm at the main lobby/ bar, who were very good. There is also karaoke if that's your thing. The food is plentiful and very tasty. Ranges from fish, beef, chicken, lamb to vegan options too. There is always something even for the picky eaters. We did a 4 hr catamaran tour of the island with Luc, booked at the sport cabana on the beach, which was an afternoon we will never forget! We also booked a car rental from Hertz located in the lobby which allowed us to tour the island on our own for the day. Highly recommend it. Despite feeling uneasy booking this resort based on some reviews we read.... we left happy with our decision to stay at this resort. We met amazing staff, made new friends and enjoyed the rest! We would go back.

Dont expect fancy but consider it.
Guessing they are closing for a while.. No signage out front of Hotel. Not every restaurant/buildings were open. Property dated/run down. Rooms good Food was good. Service, people very friendly. No where near a 5 star. I think they are just bringing people in at discounted rates until they renovate. If you r not fussy on 5 star level, it's a good pick.

Not your normal Secrets Resort
Disappointed with this Secrets Resort. Not the Secrets Resorts on other Caribbean islands! Also no signage from the airport so it was very difficult to locate when renting a car. Food wasn’t the best, the Hibachi Restaurant was good, buffet was just ok! I give the entire staff 5 Stars! Everyone was very nice and accommodating! The lobby bar staff was awesome. The grounds were horrible! Grass needed to but cut! I hope the renovations will improve the properties overall appearance. Electricity went out multiple times at the resort! I would suggest more evening entertainment. Find another property until after the renovations.
