This was one of the most relaxing trips I've had in a long time. I felt like I was on a new season of White Lotus, but without the murder of course lol. The staff was beyond friendly and very attentive. The all inclusive food was absolutely amazing (especially the buffets) and the drinks were actually top shelf. the entertainment was great and the vibe is second to none. The music from the performers and talented servers and staff, just brought Secrets to life with culture and vibrance. The public bathrooms were spotless and my room was immaculate with a large balcony facing the beautiful views of the water. It was like a campus setting- so there was a little bit of walking, but that helped sober you up and helped with digestion. When I went, I didn't see any kids; just adults drinking and partying respectfully. All in all, I can't wait to come back next year. We met people at the pool how have been coming to this resort for 10yrs straight. I can't wait to start that tradition and the cost wasn't so bad either for 4 nights and 5 days. We booked our trip through Cheapcarribean.com which include flight and stay. i would recommend checking them out. Hope this review helped- trust me, you wont regret going. We went in April after Spring break so the weather isn't that hot. Oh ,almost forgot to mention the beach- crystal blue waters that I could see my feet ,and the water wasn't too salty and felt nice and cooling.

Pictures Online Do Not Do This Beautiful Resort Justice!!!
This resort is amazing and has something for everyone! The property is so beautiful surrounded by the Caribbean. Restaurants were good with indoor and outdoor seating with the best and most stunning sunset views you will ever see. Rooms were spacious and the beds were soooo comfortable. Beach was beautiful and always a seat to be found at the pool and at the beach. Special shout outs to Marlando at the pool bar, Trixie in Entertainment and Osmar at Bordeaux, the French restaurant. Bonus is that you have 2 adults only resorts in 1 with the Wild Orchid that’s attached.

Apr 30, 2025Don't recommend!! We've traveled to Jamaica several times and this was the worst experience!!
Staff is extremely rude, don't expect any help if you need it. Rooms were clean and spacious and beds were comfortable. They are a little dated and some features do not work, and don't expect them to fix it. Food is bland and although there are several restaurants, the variety isn't what you would expect. If you don't eat chicken and seafood there won't be much available. The beach was perfection!! If you rent a cabana and tip your server well at the beginning with a promise of more, the service will be outstanding! However, tips of $5 or less- no matter where you are, usually get you a frown. If you charge to your room, keep your receipt and make sure it has the Secrets Logo. Also get the name of the person writing the receipt. We had a discrepancy at check out and they accused us of writing a false receipt.

We had the time of our lives!
This resort was amazing and the staff were great. The buffet and bars were great and fully stocked. The bar tenders were always guaranteeing that we were taken care of. The jerk chicken man was amazing and they both always had a great attitude.

The resort was very clean very nice very pretty. The water was beautiful. The service was not top-notch. We had dinner every night we will get to the restaurant have to wait 30 to 45 minutes to be seated and then dinner took anywhere from an hour and 40 2:55 hours to be served. It just was too long. The food was good, but not top-notch as some other places.
